My furnance went out during a cold spell and I could not get a local HVAC repair service to even return my phone call. Redlands & Henry Bush Plumbing, Heating and Air Conditioning did, and set an appointment. A very professional technician showed up on time and evaluated my system. The repair and replacement went without a hitch. They even understood how to fine tune my furnace to the higher altitude here in Crestline. Highly reccomend them!

Had Ballard come over for second opinion. Turns out all it needed was refrigerant. Now works fine. $974 figure to replace circuit board from you was crazy.

I want to say thank you to Henry Bush. You guys are amazing. When the pandemic began or right before in March 2019 Ty came out to price check with us when we had a foundation leak (hot water). He came out quoted us for a whole re-pipe plus the patching of the holes; it came out to around 15.5k which is the kitchen, 2 1/2 bath( 2 up stairs one 1/2 bath down) and 3 out door water hose access and the connection from Main Street water main to the house. The re-pipe took only less than two days. We left the house at 8 AM one day and the next day we were back in our house by 4 PM. Ty went above and beyond and didn’t mind me showing up on the second day just to check it out. I would not have it any other way these guys did an amazing job. We can’t hear the water running through our house anymore which is kind of funny. We used to kid around because we could hear who was in what bathroom or flashing what toilet now we don’t hear a thing. My townhouse is a 1985 all original pipes. With the foundation leak that occurred they ran the pipes through the wall and ceiling which makes it easier access which I love. They use the newer piping system out there . They even did the piping for the outdoor hoses and the main water pipe that runs from the street to our house. The only thing that I did find later on was a hole that was behind my cabinet door that was above my fridge that was still open it was only 3“ x 3inches and they came out right away once I found it and patched it . I would recommend Henry Bush heating and air because of their courtesy and patience. And just all-around great family service. Keep up the amazing work you guys/girls. Sincerely April
