Great response and even greater service. The tech explained that I didn't need any services. The thermostat simply needed a little "jiggling". He recommended a replacement of the thermostat (eventually). He didn't push any repairs and was personal and polite. In addition the service to set up the repair call was professional and efficient. I will definitely use them again.
