Jonathan was knowledgeable, friendly, informative. He let me know what he was doing every step of the way and zeroed in on the problem quickly. Got the system back up and running. Made recommendations on component conditions but no pressure to replace immediately. Highly recommended and will continue to use Redlands in the future.

Noah and Xavier were wonderful! They were so nice and kind and patient. They trouble solved, and cleaned out the washing machine hose, explained and drew a picture of exactly what was going on. They were not pushy and didn’t try to sell me anything. I highly highly recommend them!

Needed a new water heater due to a constant leak. Called Redlands Henry Bush on Tuesday and they sent Bob on Wednesday! Bob is very knowledgeable and explained every step of the way the procedure and down to the last penny the cost of all work. Installation was very thorough and Bob was a pleasure to have in our home. Our go to business for all our heat, air and plumbing needs. Very satisfied!

Redlands Plumbing has been excellent. My repair involves replace faucet, sink, and plumbing lines - along with removal of old sink, garbage disposal and faucet. They have been excellent with responding, providing recommendations with full quotes, and scheduling of repairs. Their Plumbing Tech, Joseph, has been most professional and accommodating! I highly recommend - they deserve your business.

Mario was a great technician!!! he was prompt, efficient, he took his time to ensure that everything was working correctly, he talked us through the whole process and made us feel very comfortable in what he was going to do. Jonathan originally came out a few months ago to clean up our heater and recently came out to repair it. Every time he comes out he is professional, thorough, quick, and basically just a good guy.

Jonathan performed a hvac diagnosis of my system because I was having problems with the heat and air not coming on when we needed it. Jonathan was very thorough and let us know we didn't need repair, but described how the system works and told us how to operate the system so it will work at all times.
