Randy Krigbaum installed a high end garbage disposal in our home for us. He has done several plumbing services for us during the past four years. He does excellent work and is very knowledgeable! Also he has a very pleasant personality. I have been very pleased with Redlands . Henry Bush, and will continue my association with them.

Had the best experience ever with this company. Just called yesterday to explain that there is condensation pouring out of the front of split system AC. NEXT Morning the tech shows up and gets right to fixing the problem. I was just out of warranty from the install, but they still took good care of me. Being in customer service myself, I was even taking notes as to the excellence and courtesy this firm has ALWAYS shown!!! I can't remember the techs name but he had a pony tail! I have a plumbing company for life! We bought a new to us home in Riverside and within a week had a serious plumbing issue.
They were professional and honest and so patient with this nervous new home owner.
We've needed service twice now and have been pleased each time. I am highly recommending them to anyone who needs a plumber!

I was doing a DIY shower valve and steel pipe replacement in my house. The valve was a older one and both Home Depot and Lowes did not have it as regular stock. After going to 2 other local plumbing shops they recommended me to Redlands plumbing. I'm so glad they did. Don working the counter saved me 140 dollars on a replacement and had all the parts and he cleaned it out and rebuilt in front of me for 38 dollars. He also custom cut and threaded a steel pipe fitting for me. Don is a old school honest plumber that is hard to find today. I recommend these guys for any plumbing you need done right the first time.

Been a long time customer of Henry Bush used them for years. Took a small break used a different company. It was good to try another company it just reminded us how GREAT HENRY BUSH IS!!.. Jonathan was our tech today and he was an OUTSTANDING representative for Henry Bush PROFESSIONAL POLITE and did both services request at an elite level of professionals. Omg I can't say enough. First Ian was our first experience with the company. He was so thorough and checked everything. When he told us the issues with our heating unit and the cost to repair our old tired unit I was so sad. Ian was so honest and I then knew I found the right place to do business with. Honesty and such personal care was given. He then scheduled us with Chris to give us a quote on a new system. Omg he was great and thanks to both of them we got a new air and heating system. My family has been using Redlands/Henry Bush Company since 2006, if not earlier, and the service has been great. The technicians who actually come to the house have been very courteous and very informative about the work that was performed or needed to be performed. I have been very satisfied with the work that this company has provided.

They did multiple repairs at my premises. The work was consisted of: repair and adjusting the water pressure repair the dishwasher, repair the flush tank. They did a thorough and very professional job. I will for sure call them for my next work and would recommend them to all my friends and family members.
