Robert replaced our water heater in Laguna Woods for us, and he did a great job. The previous tank was rusting at the bottom and was overdue for a change. Robert did a very professional and clean job.

The business was also great at communication (which in my short experience is hard to find). I love that they followed up when expected, they sent text message notifications when heading to the house, and always showed up within the promised 2-hour windows. Overall, great experience and I'd be happy to use them again for plumbing work.

Robbie, our technician, did an exceptional job with a challenging repair, keeping us well-informed throughout the process, advising what he was doing, what his recommendations were and how best to proceed. Also, they did an exceptional job of tarping, taping off and cleaning up.

I had a moderate leak in my shower faucet. I called on a Saturday at 7:30pm. It was hard to get any plumbing service on the weekend. But Brian answered my call. I was able to send videos, pictures and text messages for him to make a diagnosis on the phone. He gave me a very reasonable quote. His prices are fair. He was patient enough to walk me through turning off my water heater to decrease and to stop the leak temporarily. From the text messages, he got all parts for the repairs prior to his arrival. He showed up, very professional and knowledgeable. He fixed it in no time, and before i know it, everything was back to normal again. It's funny how a shower leak, on a Saturday night, could create so much stress and unnecessary excitement in my life; and once repaired how peaceful things are again.

Had a tankless hot water heater flushed. Robbie was professional, polite, answered all of my questions and even helped by tightening a loose lid on a toilet.
