I had Rooter Ranger out here twice to snake my drain. Both times the problem came back in a matter of a couple of weeks. They told me I needed to hydro jet for $1,100. Ray and Sean analyzed the problem advised against costly hydro jet for my home as the risk outweighed the benefit. They then performed a much more substantial snake clean for a fraction of the cost and gave me good advice on how to prevent the problem from occurring again. The problem seems to be taken care of and I am a happy customer. I appreciate Ray and Sean’s professionalism and honesty.

My shower wouldn't run off this morning. Called Plumbing Solutions and they had a tech out to help within hours of my call. They assessed the problem, quoted me the price. Had the parts and fixed it. And less than 2 hours later my shower works. Thank you so much.

Sean Wilkinson was the best plumbing technician I have ever had. He spotted the problem right away. And despite many setbacks he stayed above and beyond his call time until the problem was fixed properly. Such a professional and I will definitely be using their services again and recommending them to anyone who needs help. Absolutely 5 star service!!

Talked to Kyle on the phone both very nice and informative. Then Anthony came out and spent well over an hour servicing the hot water heater and answering my many questions. Very professional and helpful along the way. Highly recommend!!

Came home from a 6-day trip and sure enough, the water heater had gone out. Cold showers. And it was only 14 years old! Kyle at Plumbing Solutions was there the next day and explained most heaters last only 8 to 10 yrs. He and Anthony replaced it that afternoon. Great job, great service, great people. No need to go elsewhere.

Overall, the service was great from top to bottom. They picked up the phone promptly and scheduled someone to arrive within a couple of hours. Ray arrived and was awesome! Very professional, friendly, and honest. Would definitely use this group again.

I contacted Plumbing Solutions about 6 weeks ago on an emergency clog that backed up in our rental. They came out same day, within hours of my call. Very professional, informative, respectful, clean and efficient. Most important was that they were very fair in their pricing. I had a quote from another plumber that was literally double the price. Jesse noted that we should have a camera scope to access the line which we did the second call out today. Robbie came out and cleaned it out again. As this was the second time in less than 2 months they warranteed the work. Kyle and Chris came out to do a camera inspection and gave us an estimate to replace the tee in the line, which is at the heart of the problem.

We had a pipe leak in our entryway the night before a party. Ray came out on a Saturday evening, repaired the leak. We HIGHLY recommend this company!
