This company is a family owned business that takes pride in their work and reputation! I rarely take time for these surveys but $25 plumber's customer service, as well as their pricing is exemplary! I have used them for years and recommend them whole heartedly!

We hired 25 Dollar Plumbing two years ago to replace our air conditioning and heating unit. We were so satisfied with their work. We hired them again to replace the ducting. Their work is very professional and they know what they are doing. Their work is of the highest quality at the best price. It’s family owned business and it shows. At the end, we will use them again. They are pleasure to work with.

Not sure where the $25 plumbing slogan comes from I had to pay $95 for a service call after I declined their price for the repair. The price given was around $900 for a T&P valve replacement and what felt like an up-sale for a thermal device to surround the existing water heater. Me not wanting to spend $900 on a 10 year old water heater I inquired about a new one. That would of been in upwards of $2500+. So I declined any repairs or new install. I priced around and found someone to replace the Valve on my existing water heater for cheaper. As well as found another company to replace my water heater for cheaper as well. One positive is they do come out when called on time and make time for you. I used this company originally to replace my water heater that was damaged. They were prompt and on-time. Cost me nearly $3000 or so and it was NFL playoff weekend so was charged more. Thats what I was told on the phone anyways. My experiences with this company have not been very good. Others may experience great Price and service. Hopefully that is the case. For me I would suggest if possible to shop around.

I’m a new home owner and experienced my first plumbing issue causing serious water damage and immediately reached out for a referral for a good plumbing company. To say that I got lucky with who was recommended would be an understatement. Bryan and Brandon came out so quickly after I called and I was able to use my bath again that night. I had another issue unrelated to the previous work come up and immediately knew who I was going to call. 25 dollar plumbing heating and air is an amazing business and I know we’ll be using them for any of our related needs for many years to come as we grow into our home. Kevin was awesome. He came in, detached the problem with my kitchen sink and unclogged the sink within 30 minutes. He is a very knowledge plumber, very respectful and does the job quickly. If anyone is going with this company please request kevin.

I'm not sure why they named themselves $25 Plumbing because my estimate to fix a shower valve came up close to $1,800. I was shock and called a friend who came over to fix it for free. I just had to spend $69 at home depot for a new delta shower valve. I seldom post negative comments but this one takes the cake. I don't want other people to experience what I did and perhaps because they are in a bind, with no water for the day, had to make a decision that they will regret. I personally think they are taking advantage by using their name and the situation I was in. I had to cough out $49 for his 15 minutes of time to look at the shower valve and offer me the deal of a lifetime......look elsewhere

I called $25 Plumbing in a panic and Kevin exceeded my expectations. He came within an hour and was precessional, on-time, and took care of my water valve quickly. He went above and beyond and was so helpful - Thank you Kevin and $25 Plumbing for turning my terrible morning into an AMAZING day!!!
