We had an entire new HVAC system installed in our 30+ year old home. The only thing we didn’t replace were the registers. We are very pleased with the work and products, Tim, with Ideal Comfort installed. My main concern with the new system, was that it was super quiet. And it definitely is. The equipment we chose to go with is Rheem. We were given several quotes to choose from, and went with the mid range unit. All work was done in a timely manner and without any mess. Communication with office and work staff was excellent. Very professional experience.

Tim and his team were absolutely incredible. Last summer my A/C went out in the middle of a heat wave. None of the HVAC companies seemed reliable or trustworthy. When I contacted Tim, I was given three separate estimates, each tailored to my specifications. I chose the option that seemed the most cost effective for what I needed. The installation process was a breeze. Tim's team was quick, efficient, and communicative throughout. There was supervision by Tim to start the project, and he even followed up over the weekend, just to make sure everything was perfect. He has a vast amount of knowledge, understands customer service, and hires people who share these values. I cannot recommend them enough.

Jose did a excellent job! was very professional in his work. made sure to review the entire unit before performing any work, and tested everything before finalizing the job. Even took the liberty to clean up after himself! helped to make sure my A/C unit was in fully functional order and even made sure my thermostat was operating to its full capability! It was 111 degrees and my home air conditioning system stopped working. I called Ideal Comfort in the morning and even though they were overwhelmed with repair requests, I was told that they would do their best to make it that same day. That afternoon the owner of the business, Tim Cordt, arrived at my house. He diagnosed the problem with the system and had the needed parts in stock. He performed the repair and my system was blowing cold air in a short amount of time. But what was most impressive is that he thoroughly checked my entire system. He found a part that was worn and advised me that I needed to replace it ASAP. He was able to identify and repair a wiring problem that was due to an incorrect installation performed at least 6 years earlier. It was definitely a safety hazard and I doubt I would have ever known about it if I had called a different company. Tim also repaired vents that hadn't worked for a decade or so. I have never dealt with anybody that was as professional or knowledgeable as Tim. I would recommend Ideal Comfort to anybody that requires air conditioning repair or service. You won't be sorry.

Great Professionals

I was looking for a local Air-conditioning repair service. This company is very professional and blue color. Their service technicians are outstanding top notch Professionals. Anyone’s looking for repair services I would definitely recommend them. They performed a full maintenance and Replaced a capacitor for the compressor. I scheduled the service called for 7:30 AM on a Monday and the technicians were there on time whit a great attitude and great communication skills. I will definitely use them again when services need.

I was referred to this company & hired Ideal Comfort Heating & Cooling Corp to diagnose on our AC system because the air wouldn't go below 78. The company pricing is very reasonable! I had no regrets as the tech, Trevor, was very professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything in detail. He was not pushy but simply just wanted to educate his customer so I would have better knowledge of my AC unit. As I said earlier this was a referral and it was a great one. To anyone out there looking for good quality work, reasonable price, and honesty then this your place!!!!

I was reffered by a family member, called in and let the dispatcher know I was out of town but had someone who was watching the house available. They scheduled the the appt the next day. I got their PM (Preventative Maintenance) contract since I liked the service so much! The technicians presentation was professional, he even took off his hat when he came inside the house (I dont see alot of that anymore sadly) and he was very polite. I reffered my other family members and neighboors to them as well. Definitely recommend going with this company 😄.

Absolutely the worst warranty and customer service in the industry! Purchasing an ac unit from them is like purposely trying to hurt and delay your project. I purchased a brand new ac unit from them, it didn't work, I called for support and all I ended up doing is spending money to try and fix the brand new unit at their request, the unit could not be fixed so they told me to send it back and they will check it and repair it - well this took over a month and was unacceptable, this unit was brand new and they should have exchanged it for me - long story short I lost a few hundred dollars with them and purchased a different brand (Aura), this unit worked out of the box and has much better options like an external thermostat instead of the built in one with Ideal-Air.

My opinion, don't ever deal with ideal-air unless you want to have a huge hassle and lose money. I am trying to make sure they don't do this to anyone else, please do your research people...

Wow where do I start ! I'm so pleased with how Professional And honest This company is Tim came out to my house In the middle of a heat wave and boy were the kids and I happy to see him it was so hot inside our home and the kids being home for school made it miserable for us but awesome Tim got it fixed and informed me I had old Fuses Which were a fire hazard He went out of his way to come over a few days later to change those for me Because of his own concerns For me and my family I recommend this company 100% Thank You !!
