Nice person from the beginning to the end, came at the time he told he was going to come, walked me through step by step and explain how the job was going to be done. Not heading or extra charges. I asked for the time and name of the people that was going to come to do the job. Raul and kamal they came at the time Mr. Nabil said they will come and did a very nice job. They covered the floor were they were to be working and clean up after the were done. Raul and kamal a nice working team. This morning I noticed that our heater was not working. I contacted FENCO and Nabil came by to fix the problem in the afternoon. FENCO's after service response was prompt and smooth!

Using Fenco was such a great idea. They treated us so well. We had them install a new unit and from start to finish they were wonderful. My central air unit stopped working on Friday, I called Fenco Saturday morning, and they came right out that day. Unfortunately I needed to replace the unit, but got a great price to replace both air and heating. Installed today. I am so pleased with their professionalism. What a great experience.

I was pleasantly surprised that they agreed to come over to provide service within two hours on the hottest days of the summer. After checking the unit and determining the work was minor, the service was provided free of charge!!! I have been a customer since 2010 and continue to call on them for my A/C service. I hired Fenco for the first time last week and I loved working with them. They are such nice people and the technician they sent out really did an amazing job. I called them because my unit was leaking. I honestly don’t know the first thing about AC leaks but I just needed someone who could take a look quickly and they were available to come out the same day. I was really impressed that they were able to get to the bottom of my problem almost immediately and that the repair was done the same day as well. I couldn’t have had an easier experience with them.

Kamal and his guys were outstanding! Up front, honest and quick. They were extremely responsive (they answered their phone at 6pm on a Friday and did a quote the following day). Everything they promised, they were able to deliver on. They were very thoughtful and checked in with me before taking independent action. Kamal was just outstanding!!!!

Kamal and Raul are very punctual and professional and very knowledgeable on their service and even clean all their areas of work but mostly now my house is very comfortable with the new HVAC SYSTEM installed. I would definitely recommend their services and recommendations as to the brand of the equipment that is dependable.
