I was referred to this Company by 2 friends who had just had new units installed in their homes and I am so glad I used them. Justin and his crew were so clean, professional and courteous. They were on time, notified me of when they were leaving for lunch and when they would return. Everything was cleaned up perfectly when they left and they even painted the area around where my heater was installed and it made it look so nice. Please consider this company for any heating and air issue or for a new unit. I think what I liked the most is when Justin gave me the estimate, he didn't try to sell me a bigger or more expensive unit like another company tried to do. The quality, value and workmanship of Kevin's and his crew all earned five stars. We needed to replace an old package unit on the roof of the house and decided to have a split system installed with furnace in closet and compressor outside. We contacted several HVAC companies to get quotes, and Kevin from Central Air Services stood apart because he listened to what we wanted, offered suggestions to improve the air flow and coverage, didn't throw in jacked up "extras", and didn't talk down to us like some of the other salesmen who came.

I cannot say enough about Kevin's knowledge, technical abilities, troubleshooting and, most important, honesty and integrity. He came highly recommended and I can see why. The day before he came I had a diagnostic analysis and estimate to replace my condenser at a high cost. I thought I was getting a second estimate and Kevin saw it was just a damaged contact. Fixed up within an hour and saved so much money. I can't say enough about Kevin and his helpfulness. A straight up AC operation. I recommend highly and will tell everyone I know. EXTREMELY SATISFIED CUSTOMER! A raving fan indeed.

This company was extremely helpful and professional. I highly recommend them. Christina responded to my request on a Sunday night when our heater went down. She was able to schedule us for 8-9 that Tues. We are in the service industry and know how hard it is to give such small arrival windows. James showed up in the scheduled arrival window and was polite and professional. Prices were fair as well

Central Air Services is legit!

How do I know? Here is my story.

One morning, we had a huge rain storm. It was cold as hell in the house. I put the heater on and nothing came out. Nothing!
We checked the furnace. I watched my husband wiggled some part of the old rickety thing. He then turned to me and said, “I think this thing quit working.”

Wow! Brilliant!

He closed the door, and left for work. Yep! I told you he was brilliant. Who wants to stick around the house and deal with a dead furnace? Not brilliant people!

Like I didn’t already know, he called from work and told me we needed new systems - heating and air. Not only that, we needed to solve the ongoing problem we had with poor airflow upstairs.
After doing some research, I knew what kind of system and brand we wanted. Based on the info I had, I called five companies.

Five guys showed up, at different times, and started yaping. Yap, yap, yap. Man, did they talk! One guy talked for hours that by the time he left, I went inside a closet fearing he would come back and start talking again! Kevin, it is hard to believe but it wasn’t you!

Once these guys were done with their yapping, I had five proposals in front of me. I studied each one of them and I picked Central Air Services. I was glad I did and so was my brilliant husband, and here is why.
First, they had a plan that made the most make sense in solving our problems. For example, instead of busting our walls and replacing all the ducts, they only replaced the ones outside of the walls. Second, they were able to do it right away and did it in one day. Woa! Yeah!
Third, the price. For the systems we got, the brand we wanted, and the service we received, they were the least expensive. Fourth, they have high integrity.

What do you mean by high integrity?

Let me show you.

After Kevin came to our house and inspected the problems, we talked on the phone. While we were talking, my brilliant husband said, “Please tell him, we get no air near the downstairs bathroom.” I mentioned this to Kevin and he said, “We’ll check it out. It's probably nothing.” We hung up the phone, I liked the plan and the price they offered me, so, I signed the contract.

A few days later, they came and started the project. Just as he said, Kevin checked the area I mentioned to him during the phone conversation. Well, they found the problem, and it wasn’t nothing. It was something! That something took them extra hours and they had an extra duct to repair. But, they didn’t charge us because we already agreed on the price! This, my friend, is what a high integrity looks like in practice! If nothing else, you want to hire them for it!

But wait, there is something else. Something that will make you feel so good about hiring them. They get along well!

Who cares?!

I do and you should to! Think about it. These guys are going in and out of your house working with huge tools. Do you want to see them growling at each other and showing their teeth? Not me! Plus, these guys really are amazing. Besides being able to hold a long conversation, Kevin can cut plywood so fast that it's kind of scary! Jeremy can crawl into small places, Jason moves from one room to the next like he has a special transporter and Justin, well, Justin takes the cake. This guy is brilliant. He sings along with the radio while working and remembers the words of every song that come on! Amazing! The fun part is, his voice. Every so often it squeaks, trying to hold the tune. And when that happens, you can’t help but laugh. It is pure entertainment.

And they did an amazing job installing the units (read other reviewers on yelp and you'll know what I am talking about).

So, hire them! You will be glad you did!
