B and N Heating And Air

I don't know where to begin!!! I called during the hottest days we have had this year and Brandon from B and N was at my door within the hour. They have a great policy on repairs. $40.00 diagnosis fee. They will find out exactly what is wrong for that fee, then if you agree to have them repair it for you they apply the $40.00 towards the repair! That is reasonable and fair. Actually, that's more than reasonable and fair...That's AWESOME!!! Most companies have a flat fee just for showing up! If you decide not to have any work done, then for $40.00 you found out exactly what is wrong with your system! So anyway, he finds the problems within minutes and my house is cool again!!! Thank you Brandon. Thank you B&N Heating and Air!!! You have a customer for life!!!

They have repaired our cooling equipment several times and we are extremely happy with their service. They have reasonable prices, they have in-depth knowledge of the systems and they do quality work. We will always call on B & N when we have a problem.

Excellent service. Responded same day and was able to fix our air conditioning problem immediately. Had no issue with going into the attic
to diagnose our problem on one of the hottest days of the year. Five star all the way!

Bad service ever! They told me to wait for parts and it been more than 3 months even the parts is from us company. Also, not answer your phone call or call back neither.

Brandon came over within an hour of calling him. Got right to work and narrowed down the problem. Got it fixed within an hour. Extremely reasonable price and very friendly. Thanks again Brandon!!!
