Nothing but positive things to say about this business. Roy is very professional, personable, informative, and responsible. He took the time to explain the causes of our A/C problems (in easy to understand layman's terms) and what was needed to fix the system the right way. He was there when he said he would be and completed the work in a timely manner. It seems harder and harder these days to find someone who takes pride in their business. Roy is definitely one of those people. I highly recommend Bradshaw's Heating & Air.

I used their services back in July 2020 and they came w 3 guys to clean my air conditioning unit. They shared they had to flush my system and recommended I change my filters more often because it had been backed up for long time. They charged me $500 and they were there only about 2 hours! After that he pushed me to sign up for their monthly service! After speaking w Roy about why it was so much and what they did for that much money, I declined his monthly service offer. He shared if I still wanted the service later, to let him know. 3 months later, my tenant went to use the heater (and mind you, my tenant hadn't used the heater in about a year when it worked fine), it caught on fire! I contacted Bradshaw heat and air, and after several attempts they finally got w my tenant to view the heater. They shared it was fried and needed to be replaced! (Coincidence?) They came out to work on my air conditioner and 3 months later my heater needs replacing! They didn't even say it was potentially bad when they serviced my air conditioner! Then after Roy shared it was fried and needed replacing, he shared they were running a "special" for $2,000 off on heater installations and would work up an estimate to send to me the following morning....nothing 2 days later! I wouldn't recommend using their company!

I had a good experience with Roy. Last year in the hottest week of July 4th, our A/C stopped working. I had called around and left messages .... Roy was the only one who responded me quickly and visited my property to check the broken A/C in the same day. The 11 years old compressor was diagnosed dead totally. Roy provided a new A/C unit with reasonable price and got the new A/C unit and coil installed in the third day. I really didn't expect that the installation was done that quickly. One year passed and the A/C has been running well. The current exceptional hot weather (3 digits hot temperature for four days in a row) reminds me of sharing the great experience with Roy to his other potential customers while I enjoy the cool air inside my house. Bradshaw Heating & Air did an awesome job maintaining our AC system. This is the second time we've used Bradshaw H & A and both times have been smooth experiences. No upsale tactics that we have experience with other HVAC companies. Bradshaw H & A completed the work required and explained any work that is/was needed to properly maintain the unit. Dean (the Tech) was very punctual and took the time to explained what he was diagnosing and the work required. The price is very fare-and did not get the "maintenance scheduling sales pitch" so many of the HVAC companies are using.

We purchsed an entirely new HVAC system from another company 5 years ago. We were so frustrated when it suddenly stopped working and the company who installed it wanted a LOT of money to repair it. Since it is so new we wanted to get a few opinions before spending so much money to fix it. I am so glad we did. Out of the 3 companies we had come out to give us a quote, Bradshaw was the ONLY one who told us the part we needed was still under a extended warranty. Roy taking the time to find out the part was still covered saved us over $1000! His quote was already cheaper than the 2 companies as well. SOOO glad we found Bradshaw! They are the nicest guys and bent over backwards to get our A/C working in 103 degree weather. We will never use anyone else!

Roy is absolutely awesome! Very knowledgeable, polite and on time. Pricing was more than fair! He went out of his way to "squeeze" me in his busy day! I would refer to anyone and everyone! He was able to help my mom out just a couple of days after helping me!
She received the same quality service as well.
Both me and my mom will definitely be holding onto Roy's number in case we are in need his awesome skills again!
