Technician Joel, with comfort now was great! Super nice and did a great job. When I called to book the appointment they were friendly not pushy about trying to over sell and great with calling back. I would highly recommend comfort now!

Daniel did a great job. He played out exactly what was needed before doing the work. He provided pictures of all the parts he replaced. He was very polite and respectful.

Their office is 45 minutes from where I live. My smart thermostat suddenly went blank and I called them and they gave me an appointment the following morning. Turns out it was the electricity panel which he kindly fixed for me. I think his name was Rudy, very polite and professional. Thank you Rudy for your great service!

The plumber came out and said, the hot water heater had to be replaced and it would be 3k. We called Honest Plumbing and it was a pilot wire and they fixed it for $70.00 and that included the service call.

Cristian was very professional, thorough, and friendly. I would recommend him to anyone needing their A/C inspected.

My toilet had been messing up on and off with water trickling into the bowl from the tank. I did not need any services at this time since there wasn’t an obvious problem when the technician arrived. I did get good information for future problems and estimates. Technician was friendly and professional.

Comfort Now came out to see why our 27 year old AC unit was not working. After determining repair costs we decided to purchase a new unit. Tom was very informative and we were given all options for both repairs or new purchase and were able to make an informed decision. There was no high pressure salesmanship. He was able to schedule the new installation quickly. I am so glad we called Comfort Now.
