Ivan worked on mine and my in-laws home. Our AC/Heating unit was outdated. He came and inspected the whole place. He was very knowledgeable and knew exactly what he was going to do. Gave a reasonable price. The fact that it’s a small business gives you easy communication and you can expect the best work.

Ivan at Impact is king of the hill in HVAC. It is rare to find a good HVAC guy. Have gone through many repair guys that don't understand even the basics. Ivan stopped in unannounced one day. Thinking it was going to be a waist of time I indulged a walk through of the system's problems. Glad I did! In less than 10 minutes Ivan identified the problem. Next day Ivan installed the part and system has worked since, about 45 days now. The whole repair took 30 minutes. The other guys spent hours taking everything apart, saying the system was old and needed replacement. Bottom line my system works. It was a simple fix. A reasonable price. Very happy. Ivan is "the guy".
