Patrick came out to service our furnace that was malfunctioning. He got to the root of the problem within 5 minutes. He also had the part needed for the repair on his truck and was able to get us back up and running within a half an hour. We decided to purchase a service contract for one year because it saved us money between the repair call and the needed servicing. All prices were very reasonable. The company honored a voucher I purchased on Yelp!, too. Very customer oriented and professional.
Because of two, separate problems with my AC in the past few weeks, I have called Bryant H & AC twice. I am so impressed with their extraordinary service, responsiveness, fair pricing, and professionalism, I'd give them five stars if that were an option. I live in a 36-unit condominium and have already enthusiastically recommended them to everyone. These are the kind of folks you really want to stay in business. They are simply the all-around best I have ever encountered.
This company is very professional and competent. Our existing air conditioning system was 25 years old and extremely inefficient and expensive. So expensive that we rarely used it.
After I read the reviews of Bryant Heating, we called and setup an appointment. Matt came to our house right away. Best of all, he followed up by phone and came by a few days later to check the effectiveness of the system and to verify that we were pleased. A year later, we are still completely satisfied with out system.

Our decision to go with Bryant was due mostly to Matt, the owner. He was very patient in explaining everything and answering all our questions. We got a fair deal and are very happy for our decision. System has worked great, Bryant has serviced us on the post-sale very well and we have been happy to refer new clients to Matt. We highly recommend.
Bryant Heating and AC have been have been servicing our system for a few years now. Tony comes twice a year and makes sure that our unit is doing what it's suppose to do to keep us warm in the winter and cool in the summer. Great job Tony!

Both times, the technician took the time to make the extra trips to the roof (where the AC/Heating unit is located) to clean the filter even though that was not the reason for their visit. The technicians are always patient and answer all questions fully and politely. I would definitely recommend Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning. You won't be disappointed!
Called on a Thursday morning about an issue with my heater. Appointment was scheduled for Monday morning before 9am. Sure enough, Mike showed up at 8:20, and had everything fixed quickly. He was extremely courteous and knowledgeable.

I'm editing my review of Bryant Heating & Air Conditioning because after calling about a possible billing problem, the owner called back, and with the utmost respect listened to all of my concerns, took decisive action, and more than handled my concerns. Ive used several companies for my rental units and Bryant Heating & Air has been the best!
We have a 4.5 year old Carrier combo system that was purchased and installed by Bryant. It has also been serviced twice annually by Bryant. At the beginning of April, during an early heat wave we turned on the AC and it wasn’t cooling. We immediately called Bryant and they came out within 2 days. Corrie, who had previously performed one of our annual visits came out to see what the problem was. After a thorough inspection he advised that we had a coolant leak, but that it was so small and slow he was unable to detect it with the leak detection tools and he would need to conduct a pressure test. Bryant gave me a quote for performing this test and a discount for being a loyal customer. Corrie made at least 6 additional visit (at no additional charge) to check the pressure and try to detect where exactly the leak was coming from. Because the weather had turned cold and drizzly, he was not getting an accurate reading on the pressure gauges. Both Corrie & Jamie (Office staff) resorted to following the local weather and re-scheduling my appointments for when the weather turned warmer. Corrie knew there was a and was determined to find it and not just inject something into the AC unit that would plug up the leak from the inside. Finally, after 2 consecutively warm days Corrie came back to check the pressure gauges, there was a tiny leak in the condenser coil. Within 2 days they had the new part and had it replaced. Bryant gave me another discount on the final bill and 1 year of free service visits (4 in total). While, this repair was not cheap, we felt the folks at Bryant were honest, fair and accommodating. Corrie & Jaime were a pleasure to work with and were very understanding about how upset I was that I was having such issues with such a relatively new and good quality unit. I will continue to use Bryant.
