Arrived on schedule. Removed old heater and, installed new water heater in record time. Explained to me what he was billing. Then presented me with a very reasonable bill. Great service!!

My heater stopped working overnight. Called Blue Diamond first thing in the morning. Said they would arrive at my home between 1 and 2pm that day. It is now 5pm and they never showed up and did not return my call inquiring if they still planned to come by my home. They completely failed me in an emergency. My house is 52 degrees inside and I need to find another company to repair the furnace.
