I wish every Home Improvement company could follow this model and take care of its customers the way Pennies's Heating and Air does! The name fits the company.

i was really looking for someone around my area to fix my heater problem i couldn't figure out what was the true problem and i needed it done quick . Reached out to this place and they immediately set up a time to check it out and help. They fixed it without a problem and a fair price! i was surpised how great the customer service was , if you have any problems with your heater or ac go to them

Was cold in the house the heater
system wasn't running. Went online looking to find a nearest hvac heating and air near me or a few different heating and air companies near me. We called Johnny he arrived After a brief look at the system he had it running again with a solid price certainly affordable & definitely a-doable.

Went above and beyond and out of their way late Friday afternoon with replacement capacitor to get our A/C up and running. What a blessing! Would have been without A/C until Monday!!!! Awesome business and customer service!!!

Called this morning to have someone look at my HVAC system. I figured I'd have to deal with this heat for a couple days before I got someone in. They were at my house before 10am! Got everything working for a reasonable price!
