How do you sum up a business that is everything you want it to be and more? Valdez Heating & Air Conditioning. JD is professional, responsive, reliable and knowledgeable. Very important - he answers your calls in a timely manner. I have called him for big jobs like installing an hvac system, a new air conditioner and a hot water tank and small jobs like caulking a shower. I manage AirbNb’s and he is always been there when I need him. He handled everything without hesitation. No question was out of line and everything was done right.
He is extremely knowledgeable and has all the equipment necessary to get the job done. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for his help.

On the hottest day in May my A/C stopped working. I called several A/C companies in the Coachella Valley and they either couldn't come out that very day or were very pricey. I came across Valdez A/C and gave them a call. I spoke with J.D. and he was at my house within an hour of me calling him. When he arrived he was very pleasant, polite, clean and most of all very professional. He definitely knows his job. He was able to find the problem and repair it.
