Last December I had a mini-split system installed in my Casitas by Manny Montalvo of Desert Air. Manny executed the installation in a most professional manner that displayed his superior knowledge and experience in a custom, less then routine, job. Assisting Manny, in drywall removal and then subsequent drywall replacement, was David Berkley of DRB Construction. Both men were courteous and professional in every aspect of their trade.

Called Steve about air leaks from AC unit sheet metal.
He came out later that morning, and 15 minutes he solved the problem
with sheet metal tape...leak gone...client happy.

During the fall service, Barry from Desert Air heard a noise in the vent pipe. Barry removed the pipe and discovered a lizard.....alive. Barry explained the pipe had no vent cap and returned later to extend the pipe and fit a cap to keep out visitors. While on the roof he noticed another missing vent cap and installed one there, too.
