Being local in the desert since the 50's, we have used Desert Air at our home and commercial buildings for many years. They are dependable, offer the highest quality, and have always worked quickly to keep our family and tenants cool!

Very Bad. We paid for a maintenance contract with this company for 4 years or more. This year they told me one of my units was low on freon and then i said ok find the leak. They claimed it may not be a leak but they would check it again in May before we left town. In May they returned and said the freon was good. we leave the freon leaks out (right by the unit)and the compressor is blown when I get back last Saturday. Why bother having maintenance contracts when it is not done correctly? I called and was told they were saving me money buy not looking for the leak!I have had no air now while it's over 110 degrees outside and reaching 94 degrees in my house. There is no point to their maintenance contracts.

DONT BOTHER CALLING THEY DONT HAVE TECHS AVAILABLE. I live in Palm Springs it’s about 110 degrees and the AC went out. Called this place up to see when’s the soonest a tech can come out and the lady says 4 days till they have a tech available horrible place to do business they need more techs or speed up there time frames.
