We requested an AC tune up in the Spring. Your technician was on time, did not rush through the system, but thoroughly completed his work to our satisfaction. Our AC systems have been working consistently and efficiently through these hot summer months. We will be calling them back in the future, and, in fact, starting with a Fall visit to prepare our heating systems for the winter months. Thank you, Desert Air!

Always prompt, well informed, and capable of taking care of our A/C and heating needs. We have used Desert Air since 2007 and they have always provided 5 star service. They won’t try to sell you something you don’t need.

I started with Desert Air when my furnace stopped operating in the winter. Someone had removed the gas lines from my unit and two of my neighbors. My service provider came to inspect but did not have the proper parts or tools to make repairs and said it would be two or three days. A neighbor had Desert Air doing a maintance call on his furnace that day. I asked him if he had time to take a look. He took the time, called his boss and rescheduled his day and made repairs on the spot to not only my furnace but to my neighbors also.

We had a new Lennox Heating and AC installed 7 years ago, and Desert Air has done a great job maintaining it, as well as being on-time and excellent training. Our annual costs of running our AC have been greatly reduced and we REALLY appreciate that!

The entire experience of installing a new air conditioner/heater was

four months, as they were lower by two-thirds than before with the
