This is a great company to do business with. Every person that answers the phone or comes to the house for service is knowledgeable, polite and efficient. Their services techs are people you trust to have in your home. They take care of their assignments, explain what they have done and why, and leave everything in order.

Victor, the last technician that was assigned to our account was able to accomplish something that no one else has been able to do before. We weren't able to cool our master bedroom to our satisfaction. He tweaked some of the ducts and now all of our rooms are cooler than ever before.

Would always recommend this company to anyone.

Originally installed in 2008 we have had to replace one complete system and one compressor over the last several years. Both failures occurred on the hottest weekends of those years. Desert Air got out, evaluated the systems, got the parts and installed them complete before the next weekend.

Had Desert Air install a new HVAC system in my home. To my surprise (this doesn"t happen here very often) they were here when they said they would be. Performed my total new furnace and a/c unit in the time they had told me it would take. The service tech's were couteous and knowledgeable about the products. Their followup and maintenance has been really good. My total experience with them has been good.

These guys were recommended by a friend that has been using them for years and am I gad he did. We had a new AC & Heating system installed and they did an excellent job - onetime and on schedule. The service crew was friendly, knowledgable and neat. I will continue to use them in the future and highly recommend them to anyone in need of AC/Heating services.

We had multiple companies in for estimates on a new HVAC system for our home. Steve from Desert Air was by far the most knowledgeable of the lot. He presented all the options and explained the pros and cons of each. Unlike many others, Steve applied no sales pressure. When we made our decision and hired Desert Air the rest of the job went perfectly. The technicians arrived timely. They were neat, polite, friendly and most of all very knowledgeable and highly skilled. The team picked up that I was a very "involved" consumer and no problem including me in the installation process. They took the time to point out things and ask if I would like "this" here or there. By far this was the best contractor experience I have had in the four years living in the desert. I would highly recommend Desert Air and especially Steve as your sales representative.

Update 11/19: We recently moved to another home and during our inspection we had Steve come into check the existing system. He confirmed our thoughts that we would need a complete new HVAC system. We once again went for the Lennox 25 since it has saved us so much on our electric bill at the other house. As usual the installation team was great. They were professional, neat and ensured that everything was done perfectly. I also need to thank Candice (office). We did not receive our Lenox rebate (we think it went to our old address) she went out of her way to ensure that the matter was resolved and it arrived two weeks after I called her.

Summary: two HVAC systems in two homes in three years. Each job handled perfectly! I would never use any other A/C company. Thank you Steve for the extra step you took to see this job was scheduled around our closing date and the expiration date of the Lexon rebate.

My wife and I have been utilizing the services of Desert Air Conditioning for about 3-years. They are very prompt, very knowledgeable and always set an actual time for each appointment. The technician always calls before he is about to arrive.

Jessica quickly found me in the system and scheduled a same day repair. Then I received a call a couple of hours later saying they were on the way. The service person was fast and professional and fixed my A/C unit in less than 30 minutes.

Desert Air did a lot of work for us at our office. Repairing 5 swamp coolers along with educating us about concerns to look for. I had no knowledge of what was necessary to maintain these coolers. Now we have efficient cooling in our shop workplace and we know what to look for. We're happy to have it right after two years of confusion.
