I have nothing but good things to say about Desert Air. The staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I had special circumstance having to coordinate between 3 different companies all doing different jobs on our house and they did their best to work around it. 8 thumbs up.

I had Desert A/C out in July 2015 for service and was very happy; so when my heater started giving me problems in January 2016 I called again for service. Tim showed up (on time) and listened to my explanation. One of the gas burners was not igniting properly. He removed the gas burners, took them to his truck and cleaned them. When he reinstalled, it worked perfectly. He realized that the only problem was that the air conditioning condensation line had dripped onto the burner and there was a spot of rust preventing it from working. I appreciate the fact that Tim assessed the problem and made the simple repair, and did NOT try to tell me I needed a completely new gas valve fixture. I would have not known the difference. Thank you for be a honest company and not trying to 'rip-off' unknowing customers. There are few honest ones left in the desert!!

Brad was very responsive and professional. They installed a system that took a good deal of detail work and Jason and Miguel did a fabulous job of that. They were timely, neat, very thoughtful and courteous, and accomplished the overall goal and delivered an excellent finished product.

I have had Desert Air for the past 11 years. They have great people who work for them. All the Desert Air people have been extremely helpful, professional, and personable. I have purchased 2 AC units from them and schedule bi-yearly maintenance. They are the best!

After several years of reliable service for minor repairs, late in March of this year was when Desert Air Conditioning really showed their stuff to me. Our long time tenants were in the last week of another 3 month stay when the A/C unit quit (and in the 90's). When it was discovered that the unit couldn't be repaired I talked with Steve in the sales department who arranged for a portable unit to be delivered and set up. Once the tenants headed back to Louisville, my wife and I came down from Seattle and the next morning, at a little before 8, a team of technicians arrived and got to work - out with the old and in with the new. They were neat and efficient and by 4 that afternoon they were wrapping the job. By 4:30 I had been instructed on how to set the thermostat, how to change filters, etc. and they were gone with no sign that they had been there other than our new system.
The experience far exceeded our expectations, the price was fair and the service was, as usual, excellent. Thank you to everyone who had anything to do with work order 159626!

Desert Air Conditioning on Williams Road is an "Air Conditioning CONTRACTOR"! They are the best! Service from the moment you call for an appt until the service professional arrives to do the needed service (our favorite is Isidro).
I can prove Desert Air Conditioning is #1 by pointing you to their non-contractor A/C competitors who are reputation vampires (similar to identity thieves). They want Desert Air Conditioning, Inc's customer base. So they pay search engine companies (like Google) to return their company name before Desert Air when people search for A/C contractors and even when you specifically search for "Desert Air" (they are in Palm Springs so look for the city in the address too).
There are currently FOUR reputation vampires desperately leeching onto the Desert Air name. You'll see them when you specifically search for "Desert Air Conditioning".
We've had A/C and Heating service from Desert Air in Palm Springs for several years. Desert Air Conditioning Inc, is the 100% Best of the Best in A/C and Heating in this desert valley!!!!

I have been a customer of desert air since 1998. They serviced my non profit where I worked and I was so impressed how they cobbled together and ancient and patched together system. They are really the only AC company I would recommend as a homeowner and property manager. They are effecient. They work with you financially.. Great Group of people

Desert Air has always delivered as promised. They show up on time or if delayed will so advise. They are polite, appear to know what they are doing - as they have always fixed what ails our system - and are concerned about being as neat and orderly as possible.
