Very professional. They gave me a 5 hour window for the technician to arrive. It would be nice if they could narrow this down. In this day and age of technology a five hour window feels excessive. What really upset me is that I have a "service contract" which is suppose to give me priority service and a discount on parts. As it turned out my evaporative cooler needed a new pump. I can buy this pump online at 10 different places ranging in price from $30 - $45. My discounted Desert Air special price for the part alone was $149! I felt gouged.

Desert Air personnel have always been the best at servicing and repairing our heating/cooling system. We know several of the people who come out, and several who we've met for the first time. Everyone of them are superior at their work, and provide excellent follow up!
We always recommend Desert Air to our friends, and even people we don't know, if they happen to bring up the subject of air-conditioning problems!

Outstanding and professional in every manner...From initial contact, to final installation and certification of a new HVAC system, it was top flight and above average in every respect. Even when the city had to come and perform a final inspection everything went smoothly and the inspector was very pleased that the fuse was installed so that he could read all the information without having to remove it....Desert AC has been my AC company of choice for over 30 years and I am very pleased with their performance through the years.....

We used Desert Air to replace the HVAC unit in the home we purchased in 2008. We signed up for their maintenance program and have been very happy with the biannual inspections. The office calls to set up the appointment, the technician shows up on time and gives us a status report each time. When I overpaid, the office caught the error and has kept track of the credit. When we had a malfunction, the technician came out and even went back to the warehouse, which my then was after hours, to get the materials he needed. Very happy with their service.

What I received was a team of professionals who evaluated my needs and then assembled, installed and tested the unit in a timely and first-rate manner. I was impressed that each team member had a special job and went about it with quiet determination. They were true pros. I couldn't have had a better experience.

Desert Air is a great company to do business with. Tim does a wonderful job. He pays attention to detail, he is friendly and is trustworthy. Jessica in the office really seems to care about customers as well. In fact, every person that I have had dealings with at Desert Air has been great.

I have been using Desert Air since 2002 and have always had efficient and prompt service calls.
I keep my two furnaces & air conditioners under contract with them and they service them twice a year.
The times I've had to call them for extra service they responded immediately and repaired whatever needed.

In 2007 we had a 3 zone system installed in our home by Desert Air. It has been working perfectly ever since. This summer we had a new Carrier 2-stage A/C system installed. We love it! You can compare brands of air conditioners until your head spins (I know I did), but I think the most important thing is to choose the best company to install it. I believe Desert Air Conditioning is that company. Their customer service is first rate. I am very difficult to please and they never ceased to be polite, return my calls in a timely manner, answer all of my questions and keep at it until I was 100% satisfied. I always call Desert Air for my furnace and air conditioning needs. I find Demo is a great ambassador for the company and is a fine technician. We always ask for him when we get maintenance completed on our equipment. Last year we had a breakdown and Demo came out the same day to help us. Desert Air is lucky to have him.
