They are awesome! From the girls in the office to the technicians. I had an issue with my air conditioning. They were able to fit me in right before the weekend. Rene was the technician who responded such a wonder. They gave me the best options, and explained everything thoroughly while meeting all my needs.

I’ve been in the property management business for over 10 years. Vics Air has never disappointed me. Thanks to their knowledgeable and friendly technicians. Excellent work and customer service. Our technician Jesus was professional and courteous. We love our new air scrubber we instantly felt the air cleaner less dust everywhere, we are so happy with their work.

I upgraded my 22 years old system with a brand new XR Trane system, and spent $15K. at the end of the day I believe my old system was performing much better in terms of cooling capacity, noise etc. New system consumes same wattage of power and works extra time compared to my original system to get to the same set temperature. They installed two identical units, and there is a significant difference on their performance. lowering the set temp on both systems, one unit that covers 30% of house has to work double the time compared the other unit that covers 70% of the house.

The main issue with the AC units across the board is that the part number on the quote are not searchable in the internet and you cant get detail info of what you are buying, and you have to trust them for what you are getting.

One positive side was the professional and friendly technicians, and a smooth and on time installation.

Really happy with this company, Laura was able to help us fix the ac unit in our office, and she even give us some recommendations on how to lower our energy bill. Im so happy that they were able to take care of us on time.
