Hired them after buying a place to install and start up a roof mounted swamp cooler. Tech came on time to check things out and to see what was needed. He came back on time. Installed the thermostat and then found out there was no water line. This should have been noticed on the inspection since they were hired to check out the system and get it running. Quoted 588 dollars to run a line from a hose bib to the swamp. Maybe 27.00 in parts and a little over an hour to install. We already spent 450 for a non running system but quoted 588 for a waterline is robbery. I could have done everything but after moving wanted someone else to do the job do I hired a "professional company". I am ending up finishing ehat I should have done in the first place. I would never hire nor recommend them because of this.

My unit stopped working on 7/5 and I phoned Priority One on the morning of 7/6. They were very busy because of the 117 degree forecast. They said they would try their hardest to get out the same day. That afternoon Jhonatan Urbina came by my condo. I wasn't home because I was at Home Depot buying a portable air conditioning unit.....so ironic. I noticed a message from him when I got back to car. He said he had moved on to another job but would swing back by my place when he finished that job. He showed up as promised, explained everything to me, calmed me down, fixed my unit and away he went on to the next job. I can't say enough about Jhonatan. In spite of the heat and busy schedule, he was wonderful! Priority One is so fortunate to have such an excellent representative for their company! Guess who is going to Home Depot to return a portable air conditioning unit today!

Our go to for AC and Electrician. New Review 8/10 AC not cooling, leak in old compressor out back. Adrian here on a Sat by 10am, he and Justin had new unit in and running by 130pm. Great price and Adrian and Justin are Rock Stars, house at 77 by 2pm. Can't thank you guys enough! 😊😊😊

Jhonatan from Priority One was on time and courteous. During the A/C service, he informed me of all the steps he was taking. He showed me all the old parts he replaced. He thoroughly explained the maintenance my A/C unit needed. For desert residents who rely on their air conditioning, I highly recommend Priority One.

The first time I called was in the evening and the second time it was also late evening and each time Roy, the owner was at my home within 15 minutes both times. He assessed the issues and was able to fix my problems on both occasions. Great company.

We signed up for a maintenance contract. The service person Adrian explained everything about our air conditioner and heater. So nice and knew what he was doing. I would recommend them highly.

Your tech Jhonatan Urbino was outstanding. Took care of my A/C issue that another company failed to find. Additionally, even after fixing the problem I was charged less! I definitely know I am not being screwed over with Priority One. Highly recommended!

I live in Salt Lake City , Utah . My parents who live in Palm Desert , were having problems with their Heater furnace. I googled furnace repair in Palm Desert , Priority One Air-conditioning & Heating appeared on the 1st page with solid reviews. Called and spoke with the Roy the owner . Let him know of the situation with my parents , he assured me his company would take of the Issue- today. Roy the owner , called my parents as soon as he & I were off the phone & set an appointment for later on in the afternoon- that day . Tech arrived at my parents home , took a look at the furnace , discovered the problem. I asked the owner Roy , to call me in SLC when they had discovered the problem. Tech called me before doing anything and went over the diagnoses . We agreed on the remedy repair and he proceeded that day to have the furnace operational and good as new a 40 year old furnace can be .
It only gets better from here ! My dad who likes NO ONE , said fantastic things about the tech , how thorough he was & how he explained in detail what he was doing . Tech also gave some pro active tips for keeping the furnace alive another 10 years . :-)
The frosting on the cake was before I went to bed SLC time , I received the detailed Invoice on my e mail : outlining in detail , the repairs for my parents furnace.
