Iam trying to obtain an estimate for a new ac system. I'm dealing with a realtor who referred me to them and after explaining my situation they could not wait till the next business day for my realtor to confirm. We all hate being scammed but this is extreme.

Last night I had a friend show up to install a couple of nest thermostats, which he has done several times in the past. After the installation the two units would not function and he had called out priority one air-conditioning that he had used previously. The owner, Roy, showed up within the hour even though it was 8 PM. Within a short time the problem was diagnosed and Roy called a second technician to bring the necessary replacement fuses. A few minutes more and the units were up and functioning.
As an owner of a plumbing business and fourth generation PlumberI have a huge appreciation for talented and ethical service technicians. In our own business we strive to take care of people and that is exactly what Roy and Company did yesterday. Highly recommend these folks to anybody and thank you very for taking care,

With one day notice, Priority One was at my home and had the repairs completed in a matter of hours. Thank you - highly recommend Priority One and the service plan!

So trust me when I share with you there is no more ethical, competent, courteous plumber that I’ve experienced. For my property in PGA West, Priority One has a client for life. They are terrific and I trust them!!

Paid $440 for 3 lbs of refrigerant and a condenser wash back on 5/11/20. A month later, 6/16/20 the AC unit is freezing up again (original reason why I called out a service by this company to begin with). I had to provide a ladder for the service technician to get up in my attic, absolutely ridiculous. I call to see what they can do since it’s only been a month and having issues, the “manager”, Louis calls me back and quotes either $275 to do a leak test which will require more refrigerant at $125 per pound. Then Louis says I should spend $8,000-10,000 on a complete new unit, without even coming out to look at my unit. This company is a complete joke. No warranty on work performed, they’re just one of those sleazy AC repair companies that take advantage of people. I looked online and they have brand new AC units from Home Depot (5 ton units) for $1,600-3,400 for a new split hunt using the cheaper refrigerant. Do your research, this company does not backup their work, try’s to push new $8,000-10,000 AC units on you and cannot even get out to your house in a timely manor when it’s 100+ degrees outside. What really is frustrating is before agreeing to have the 3 lbs of refrigerant installed, the tech said there was no leaks... I have been home only 4 days in the last month and now it’s frozen up again with a “possible leak” according to Louis... well seems like common sense to me that there is a leak somewhere since it’s already freezing up within a month at leas than 5 days of use. Very unprofessional.

This company is quality.
I called Priority on a Sunday when our air conditioner broke down.They returned my call immediately and sent to our house, the same morning, a wonderful, polite, efficient serviceman named Jonathan. He definitey knows his craft.
I would certainly recommend this company for air conditioning problems..

They waited four hours to call me back and tell me that they didn’t service my area. On a 122 degree day, they left me hanging while I could have been calling someone else. This all while knowing I’m a Cancer Patient. This was a very hard day to survive without the ability to sweat. Poor Show from a moral stand point.
That’s ok, my friend John Davis told me to call you if ever he was unavailable. This led me to believe you would help and since I knew the unit was kaput. I thought I would give you my business . I instead had to call someone else, otherwise I would be dead from the 122 f day.
Oh well, it’s over. I just wanted people in my area not to wait for the return phone call, because we are a couple miles outside your area. Thanks again for your time.

Priority One will not return phone calls. I have called 4 times to get them to come out and finish a job they started before the 4th of July and they will not call me back. Our air conditioner stopped working 3 times and we need a part replaced and they will not even give us a call to tell us if the part is in or what it would cost. It has been very hot and I'm worried that my air conditioner will stop working any-day. Called today and they said they will get back to me, and once again to call back. Really bad follow through and terrible customer service.

I've lived in the desert for over 30 years and used many companies to service my air conditioning. By far Priority One Air & Heat has the best turnaround time, quality staff and good old-fashioned service. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a top-notch professional team of service experts.
