This past summer, I had some air conditioning issues with the home we recently purchased. I contacted my home warranty company and was given the run around about how it was a pre-existing condition, sure, it was bad before purchased the home....and? After three different AC Contractors telling me a I had to buy purchase (2) brand new AC units, I decided to contact Breeze Air in Palm Desert by recommendation of a friend. Breeze sent two technicians out, they took a look at my system, determined it had a low charge, bad part related to power and that was that. I gave them the green light to fix it, it was less than $300, my system has worked perfect ever since and I signed a yearly contract with them to handle my service going forward. Fair, Honest and Experienced no BS. I recommend Breeze to anyone. Tj

Let me start by saying that the name I’m posting under is not my real name. I’m in the entertainment business in St. Louis, and this is a stage name. I wouldn’t blame anyone for questioning the credibility of this post without that being addressed.
I don’t remember having a more pleasant experience with a heating and cooling company than I have had with Breeze.
Our primary residence is in Missouri, but we live in the desert during the winter.
There must be 50 different Hearing and AC companies here. Over the years we have used 4 or 5, but were never completely satisfied until we found Breeze. From the receptionist on the phone to top management, they are courteous, professional and fair.
No more searching for the right company. We have found it. Breeze.

Great experience from my initial phone conversation with Albert!! I hope Breeze A/C truly knows how valuable both Albert & Andy are to their business & their customer satisfaction!! Albert made certain they sent a technician out immediately, the very next morning, and Andy showed up early -- no long waiting & he "showed up." From my initial phone contact with, he was Albert was kind, understanding, calmy listened to my A/C issues & genuinely acknowledged me. I could go on & on with how impressed I am with Albert & his representation of Breeze A/C.
Then Andy showed up at our home & he was so easygoing, genuinely nice, immediately knew what needed fixing, truly wanted to help & most importantly covered all the bases of the A/C issues. And, every time I apologized about the construction mess or my questions, etc., Andy comforted me & my "house" overwhelm by saying, "you're good."
I am certain Breeze A/C has many other excellent people like Albert & Andy, but I only want to talk to Albert, & told Andy he is the only one I want servicing my house & will be requesting his amazing service whenever I need it!! Thx Albert & Andy -- you BOTH made quite a great impression!!

I work in the AV industry and have had the opportunity to work alongside Breeze Air Conditioning on many projects over the years. By far Breeze Air is the most knowledgeable HVAC company in the valley. They can handle the big projects and the small. Great staff to work with and a great choice for your HVAC needs.

I have used this Company since May of 2009. The servicemen have always been efficient, thorough, and have explained exactly what was done. This time I mentioned an issue with thermostat and it was replaced same time.
I will always reccomend this company to anyone.
