Customer since 2019. Just had Technician “Franky” for my Maintance check up. Very professional, knowledgeable and accurate. Took his time to answer all my questions and provided solutions for problems. All Season is a great company to work with. Monica in office always helpful with scheduling or rescheduling.
In my mind All Season is the number 1 company in the Coachella Valley! 😉 👍

My experience with All Seasons was disappointing. My water heater pilot kept going out. I called on a Wednesday. They came on Thursday, which I did appreciate. The plumber came and proceeded to light my pilot and said, well, it worked for me. It should be fine. I said, what if it goes out again? He said, you will have to order the parts for either A or B yourself and call us when you get it and we will charge you the labor to fix it. I said, oh, okay. Well, no hot water for dishes or the showers that afternoon. I called Friday morning and told the receptionist. She said, let me talk to the plumber and I'll call you right back. She never called me back. I called at 4pm and she said she was sorry for forgetting to call me back but that I should order the parts - here's the number. I also asked for a quote on a new water heater and that was also frustrating because that took 3 more calls on Saturday to get. BTW, the grammer on all the correspondence was bad so it was completely confusing. There was no follow-up on Monday. Needless to say, I went with a different company - KCs 23 1/2 hour. My 5-star review is on their page.

I contacted David for service at my property and explained the urgency. The very first morning I had Casey come out to service my needs. Casey was exceptional and professional; he got the work done in a timely manner and was very informative. He took the time to explain the issues and the solution he put in place. I can always count on All seasons to service my property when in need. Casey is amazing!!!

I was exceptionally impressed with Zack and Robert. They worked hard to find my water problem and we are finally of the old cast iron pipes. I no longer have to worry that a leak will spring up. They were amazing plumbers who kept me appraised of the situation throughout the whole process. They worked efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. All Seasons was the only company that would respond when I had the original leak on a Sunday afternoon. All Seasons Plumbing will always be the person I call for all future plumbing needs. All Seasons were very understanding of my issue and very responsive. I felt they took my problem seriously (no AC in 100+ degree weather) and had a very knowledgeable technician to me in less than 2 hours. After completing a thorough diagnosis, the fault was found and, as they had the part vehicle, I was back in business very quickly.

We called All Seasons on a Sunday evening when it was 112 outside. They were onsite early the next morning. Our repairman was superbly qualified and the central office handled our emergency with expedience and courtesy. Monica from main office couldn't have been more helpful. We were very happy with the repairs and, of course, with the icy cold air coming out of our vents! Job well done. We have found our permanent HVAC company. Five stars

I have found All Seasons to be very responsive, I needed a very unusually shaped heat pump that had to be ordered, and I wasn't going to be in town to oversee the installation.
My condo maintenance supervisor assured me that he had complete confidence in them.
They did a great job and have continued to do preventative maintenance service my heat pump even in my absence. I feel that their rates are reasonable and their people are very easy to work with. Well done, All Seasons.

Casey is terrific! He came out promptly to repair the leaking toilet. He’s very professional and knowledgeable. I will not hesitate to call him again if I encounter any future problems. I also will highly recommend him to others in my community.

I had a minor issue with our condensate pump... it was dribbling water out the edge. All Seasons installed it for me a couple years ago, and came out to fix it. They were fast, thorough, and super clean. And, since I’m a Gold service member, it didn’t cost me a thing. I love their service and promptness, and will keep using them in the future!

Here in the desert the HVAC system is easily the most important aspect to our home. Quick response time and quality service at a reasonable price is the core of our decision process in a vendor to upkeep this portion of our home. During the visit from All Seasons, all services were explained thoroughly with a no-pressure to buy breakdown. Francisco was professional, punctual, respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient. He used photos to show before and after services and made additional recommendations to allow our HVAC system run more efficiently.
