I called them yesterday because my air conditioner stopped working. They offered to send a technician in the evening but since I was not going to be home they scheduled me for mid-day today. The technician called when he was on the way to confirm I was home. He took a look at the AC and quickly determined the faulty part. He replaced it and even cleaned off my AC...All in less than 15 minutes. Everything works great!
