Where do I begin? My neighbor recommended Yaeger Services as my air conditioner went out about a month ago. I called John Moses from Yeager and he was very responsive and pleasant to speak with. He was able to immediately come over and look at my (25 year old) air conditioner. John quickly identified what caused my AC to fail and I requested that he replace the entire compressor and coil units. He set up an appointment at my earliest convenience and I really appreciate his honesty, professionalism and knowledge! The techs that were sent to house and were all very nice, professional, courteous, and efficient. They put down blankets over all of my furniture and carpet to ensure that no debris would affect my house and they even vacuumed afterwards! They were able to complete the entire job within a couple of hours. My new AC is wonderful and I am more than pleased that I hired Yeager. Follow up: Mr. Curt Yeager and John Moses came to my house a few days after the install to make sure everything was done to satisfaction. My experience with John Moses and his company was an excellent one. They installed my heating system and replaced my ducts. They were very professional, always on time and honest in all dealings with them. I would definitely recommend this company!

Contacted John to replace my old AC & Furnace and couldn't be happier with the results. He and his team did an initial walkthrough to measure the house and assess what system would fit best for my needs. It wasn't a one size fits all approach, but rather a system that worked for us! It’s rare to find service company as Yaeger. The technician diagnosed the problem and started to fix it. My wife and I were nervous about how much it would cost. It was 350 dollars. The other company recommended replacing the whole HAVC system for $11,000.

After narrowing contractors to three companies and interviewing them, I selected Yaeger Services to remove my ancient gas furnace and install a heat pump to provide heating and AC. They also removed asbestos-lined ducts and installed new ductwork. At my request they also installed a new access to attic space that was previously inaccessible, which can in handy to install better ducts to the front of the home. They were dissatisfied with the size of the air return so they installed a large opening, which required a bit of work. They also worked diligently to improve the air flow throughout the house and installed a new vent in a small room that lacked one. Overall, they worked very hard to make the installation as good as possible. I was very satisfied.
Since the installation I have had them perform annual maintenance twice and have been satisfied.

The workman who came repaired a carbon monoxide leak the same day that I called. He also gave accurate advice and tried very hard to help me with a completely unrelated problem I was having with my water heater, at no additional expense. I recommend Yaeger highly and will continue to use them myself.

I am a over the road truck driver (owner operator) and I had a heater problem and I called Yeager. I explained my situation about not being in the state, Yeager said no problem! They were able to fit me in same day, got it going quickly, the service tech "Sly" called me personally and explained what he'd found wrong with the system and got it repaired very quickly! Thank you "Sly" and Yeager for the professional services you provided me! Definitely reccomend Yeager and will use them for future HVAC needs!

The customer service is terrible. Angela has the worst temper and ruined my life! Buyer beware. Stay away from this hot tempered woman who's family runs scared from her and there are many others who do not like her. She is under constant scrutany from the parent company.

Got a problem go to Yaeger.
Had an older very noisy system with poor air flow to upstairs.
The Yeager team took measurements, and really studied our old system.
They engineered and installed a totally new furnace/ac system including ductwork, high flow registers and a quiet AC compressor.
We now have a quiet backyard,a cool bedroom and really nice system.
We could not be happier with our new system at only a few dollars more that the systems you see advertised in the paper.

When the air conditioner ceases pumping cool air into the house in late July, the most reasonable response is panic – a shot of adrenaline, a finger-dash to your contacts list with all the HVAC guys and girls you know, only to come to an abrupt halt when you remember you don’t know any HVAC guys or girls. Another jolt of adrenaline. You’re sweating already. And then the thought: “cost?”

Panic is appropriate. Hysteria is okay, too.

About two weeks ago, our air conditioner pooped out. It’s mid-July, and my wife and I are suddenly without an air conditioner. I did not panic. I have at hand the business cards of just about everyone at Yeager, HVAC folks who offer “Residential and Commercial Heating and Air Conditioning Services.”

I called immediately: about 7:15 p.m. on a Friday night. No, they had all gone home by that time, but at about 8:15 a.m. Monday morning, Matt called back and said he or his guys would fix the problem. “Call Angela,” he said. “She’ll get you scheduled.”

James was here the next day, Tuesday. Gave us a temporary fix plus bad news: “Sorry, but you going to need a new coil.”

Expensive? About $2k. But we didn’t seek a competitive bid, and here’s why. A few years ago, we had a job that required us to move our HVAC fan from here to there – about 20 feet – so tile guys could repair our patio, a stretch of travertine tiles that a demon Podocarpos tree had made to look like a scene from “Earthquake.” The first company quoted more than $2k. We asked our neighbor, a wise, experienced property manager, whom she might recommend. “Yeager,” she said. “They are very good.” Yeager came back with a bid of $700.

So, our patched air conditioner pumped cool air until Angela could find a coil that fit our AC, and within two weeks, we were set with an A/C that’s running almost like new. And there’s our happily-ended story, the moral of which is: Yeager Heating and Air Conditioning Services provides quick, excellent, reasonably priced HVAC service. Everyone there is friendly and – just good people. Save the jolts of adrenaline for politics.
