Very courteous repair men. Explained what the problem was and also showed me. Though a simple fix, they took their time to check out everything. I am so very grateful. I'm so excited that my refrigerator is back to normal and not freezing all my food. I get to have fresh vegetables again. 😋

Mr. Bautista was very informative and helpful. He worked on the washer in a quick and efficient manner. He explained the reason for the problem and answered every question I had.

Professionalism was exemplary at all levels. The financial expectations on website were not clear to me, however. I understood that $90 fee would be deducted from the bill on the first visit. Jorge replaced a part, but explained that $90 was only deducted from a second visit if parts needed to be ordered and a return visit would be required.

Our built in oven and microwave stopped working. Came out same day as request call. Courteous and informative. Order placed, just awaiting delivery and installation.

Evan called to let us know that he would be arriving for the service appt. early and he knew exactly what the problem was! He had our washer repaired in about 30 mins.! $90 on a service call is way less expensive than buying a new washer! Thanks Evan!

I didn't catch the gentlemans name but he was an honest character. He was prepared for and was proficient at his job. I'll certainly call Pro Edge Services for any of my future HVAC repairs.

The guy told me of a company that has appliances for a good price if I decide not to fix my fridge. I appreciate that. Both Anthony and I think Evan were very nice.
