Jones Heat & Air

Our heater stopped working on the day we had a party planned. It was so cold and we couldn't imagine entertaining people in our home being 55 degrees. We found Jones Heat and Air in the Turlock Yellow book, called them and much to our delight they were at our house within a few hours. Even better, they diagnosed the problem immediately, had the part on hand and got our unit back working. We are very happy with the prompt, professional service and heartily recommend them for any heating and air services required. It was certainly our lucky day when we called Jones Heat & Air!

My heater was not working very good. I called Jones Heat and Air and they sent a repair man out within the hour. I was afraid they would have to replace the whole unit but the service tech said it was the evaporator coil. He was very courteous and very knowageable! He cleaned up before he left and the price was very reasonable! Jones Heat and Air will be my heat and AC repair place from now on!

My husband called Jones Heat & Air, and they scheduled a time to come take a look at our broken AC. They said they would be there between 1-3 pm, but they never showed up. We waited around for an extra hour before we called. When we called, no one answered so we left a voicemail and they have still not had enough decency to return our call. We are very understanding, but the fact that they did not even call or return our call is ridiculous. Although they want to claim they had technicians at our home, my husband took the day off work to be there, and during those alloted hours, he was in our garage with the door wide open and doing yardwork in the front. He even went as far as to move both of our cars so the tech would have easy parking. I was in my living room the entire time, and no one ever came to the door or rang the doorbell. Also, no one ever texted, called, or emailed as they are claiming. If anything, they could still have reached out, but they have yet to even return a call. Not to mention, I never said my husbands name was Andre, but somehow they knew in their response?

Highly recommend. Ac went out called me back late the same night. Prompt on time. David and Steve did a great job installed new air conditioner same day. I will always call these guys when I have a problem. Customer for life

Great customer service. My furnace wasn't blowing out hot air like it was suppose. They understood that I had a young child in the house and came the same day after hours, when most places would just tell you to wait till the next day. Definitely earned my business.

Jones Heat and Air showed up within an hour of my call and charged a very reasonable fee. The tech even wore shoe covers over his shoes so he didn't get my wood floors dirty. I'll definitely call them again.
