Thank you so much Val! I'm happy to report my AC is 100% better today. I called at 8am yesterday and he was able to make it the same day! I wasn't expecting that. I loved that he showed me the evaluation process as he went through it and explained the repair and cost. No surprises. His response time was exceptional and the price was more than fair. Val will be coming back to service my unit next week which should make the AC even more efficient. What a relief. Nothing beats a nice cool house on a hot day! Don't hesitate!!! The service I received was exceptional! There was inconsistent air flow in my home. Val identified the cause of the problem and fixed it! He took the time to check airflow in all rooms in the house, explained how he was performing measurements, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Great AC guy! We used him when we had a warranty company that sent him to us to repair our AC. Once he arrived he was so honest with the damage and what would need to be fixed and the state of our AC unit. A year after that we needed another AC repair however we had renters in the house. We was super efficient and very responsive. He showed up to complete the work within 48 hours. Highly recommend for any AC repairs!!!

Val was very thorough in checking my electrical panel to determine my issue with a bad switch. He was extremely helpful and advised me to contact him when I’m ready for some upgrades

Val called us to make banners for him. He requested we do artwork and he would get them going.
Weeks after we had done this for him, he continued to blow us off. BAD BUSINESSMAN... Consumers beware!

EDIT: Customer never said anything about finances is any email or conversation. Had he mentioned it, we would NOT have started his order.

The service was prompt and efficient. VA was professional in providing us with the necessary education for maintenance and keeping our system in good working condition.
