Called on a Friday, tech (Jonathan) came out on Saturday morning and looked at unit to see problem. He described problem, had the solution to fix and scheduled a time on Monday morning to come out to fix. He arrived on time and had the unit fixed in a timely manner. He was very detailed in explaining what he was repairing and the cost. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend Finest Heating & Air to others.

One of my AC units was not functioning on afternoon. Made a call to Finest company and had David at my front door in about an hour. I just needed a repair and not a whole unit which was good news. David also checked the other AC unit and made sure both units were working properly. I would highly recommend Finest company and his team to anyone in need of AC services!!!

When my heater failed I called Finest company. Their technician recommended a replacement and was there the next day. Although they ran into some challenges with exterior venting, they developed a solution and did not 'revise their quote' as is usually the case. They are clean and professional.

Jonathan was very informative and helpful! We realized we didn’t have hot water and called him at a rather late time, left a message, not expecting to get a response until the next day but he responded right away! Came over the next day and informed us that the current tank we’re using isn’t a good one and gave us the history as to why that is. He was genuine and it didn’t feel like he was just trying to make a sale and he wasn’t pushy either! Got our water tank replaced, he was right on time and made sure him and his partner didn’t leave a mess afterwards! Great experience!

They fixed a broken vent outlet, did a tune up on the AC and insulated the coolant tube. The workers were very friendly and did a good job. However, when they insulated the coolant tube they left a lot of scattered black foam scraps all over our deck. It took me about 20 minutes to clean it all up.

I needed someone dependable for my air conditioner service. Jonathan answered all my questions and went over the job in great detail. I had questions during the installation and he took care of my concerns and answered all my questions and was neat and tidy and had a professional crew. 5 stars all round....

I was looking for a company with good experience with ductless AC installation which is less common than traditional forced air AC. Quick and courteous installation. Excellent workmanship. Finest is a company that totally depend on customer needs. Recommended for sure!!!

The reason to go with Finest company was based primarily on the fact that your salesman gave me more information about the installation process. He wasn’t in a hurry to get to the next sales presentation. He took the time to explain the differences between the different types of equipment and the features each system offered. He is an asset to your company.
