My HVAC was making an abnormal noise. Yuri, One of Enertek’s technicians, came to diagnose the issue. He was extremely polite and professional. When he realized it was a simple issue to diagnose, he kindly made an exception and waved the fee for his diagnosis. Thank you to Yuri and the whole Enertek team!!!

Today we had our entire system replaced by Enertek (condenser unit on our townhouse roof and air handler inside the house)

Yuri recommended a single stage 5 ton Lennox system and to keep costs low we kept our Nest thermostat.

This was a difficult installation including crane rental to replace the condenser on the roof of our townhouse in Bel air and the air handler space was extremely tight. The completed the task and tested the system

They were cost competitive and responsive and kind but I always recommend doing your own research to make sure you select the right product and installer for big ticket jobs.

Jacob from Enertek was awesome! He came out early on a holiday weekend, was prompt and immediately diagnoses the issue and fixed it!
Our cooling system-thermostat was only operating intermittently and strangely: The AC would come on for a short time then stop operating even though the thermostat said it was on and the fan would not operate either. When I described the issue Jacob immediately knew what it was - a clogged condensate line of all things! His suspicion was immediately confirmed on inspecting the central fan unit and he cleared the line and everything was good as new within 20 minutes! One last note: This was at my 95-year old mother's house and we were only in LA for that morning so we were really worried she would not have AC when 100+ temps were expected the next day and week. Thanks to Jacob we could be confident that she would be fine. Thank you Jacob!

Fantastic service - they put in a new AC in just a couple of days and the system works great. The installers Tim, Ralph and Joaquin were kind and professional and did everything efficiently. They cleaned up after themselves and were very conscientious. I decided to get a Lennox instead of a Goodman and pay the higher price to ensure this system lasts 15 years or more. Worth every penny. And Yury was also great to work with. Thank you!

We've used Enertek for 10 years and it's been wonderful. We have a 20 unit apartment building that's 30 years old and they've tried to save A/C units until they just couldn't save them. Their honest and fair with their pricing and they sometimes show up within an hour. I wouldn't deal with any other A/C company!
