So here is the story - called a few companies, one that came first tried to swindle me for almost 2K. They lied and they tried to scare me into buying their services. And then i found these guys! Fast, tech savvy, social distancing is kept perfect, charges are clear as clear gets, no one trying to up sell you on thousands of dollars of unnecessary stuff! These guys are honest, quick and if you choose them you can be assured you won’t go wrong! And the tech that came out was so polite, so quick and so professional! I can’t say enough good things about them!! I will use them for all my AC and Heating needs for all my properties!! Thank you again from the bottom of my heart!

My name is Donald Levier, I am the son of Donna Levier (the person who left the negative review). My mother left this negative review by complete accident. She meant to leave a negative review for a company called Reliable Appliances, who is a completely separate and independent company, different from this one. My mother saw the name and did not realize that she was leaving a review for the wrong company. We have been in contact with Karen and are working on deleting the negative review once my mother's Google password is recovered, which apparently isn't that easy to do.

We have not had any services rendered by Reliable Air Conditioning and Heating, therefore, cannot leave an accurate review. Again, THE NEGATIVE REVIEW LEFT BY DONNA LEVIER WAS BY COMLETE ACCIDENT!!!

Our new a:c works so well! I have to wear a sweater. Each step of the process was well explained. No surprises. Great communication. They helped with the rebates. I highly recommend!

I spent 2 weeks attempting to get a technician to come our two homes in NoHo Arts to change out a thermostat; the employees on the other side of the line told me that they do not serve gay people - even if they own homes and that our kind are not welcome due to the businesses religious beliefs.

I have not worked with them yet, but on the phone Karen was VERY thorough and polite. They come highly referred by a client, so I have high confidence already.

Arrived when expected and fixed clog drain. Had my HVAC working again in 2 hours. Will request their service again if needed.
