To share some aspects of my experience

- Knowledgeable:
Throughout the process I had various questions relating to the efficiency of my system, the rebates, installation, inspection; and every single time I came out of the conversation feeling satisfied with the information and better equipped to continue carrying conversations before and during the installation process.

- Communication:
In the early stages, when I was still in the due-diligence phase, communication was excellent. I spoke with Mario many times and felt guided through the process as well as informed. This carried over while the job was active, I always felt like I was able to reach Mor Air and felt pleased to be able to use different forms of communication. Not to see the bar too high, but when there were technical aspects of the equipment it felt easier to communicate via email, when there was something going on during the day I could text and get a reply or call right away. Mario sets the bar incredibly high when it comes to this.

- Budget:
I am confident that anyone doing their homework will find Mor Air to be a company with competitive pricing with an incredibly high bar when it comes to quality of work. I researched many many HVAC companies in my area and by the end Mor Air rose to the top for many reasons. Mor Air is a recommended DWP HVAC company and luckily my system qualified for a rebate.

- Peace of Mind:
When I finally settled and decided to go with Mor Air, I did so because I had gained so much confidence after the many interactions with Mario. This was further solidified after the work started and I got to see the crew work in my home. Lastly, when you speak with Mario and he explains the equipment warranty, labor warranty, and inspection process you know your system will be installed, calibrated, tested so thoroughly that you leave feeling in good hands after making such a major home improvement investment.

- Crew:
I had the pleasure of interacting with most or all of Mor Air's crew and they were all very pleasant. Every single person was friendly and respectful of the space they are using while they were in our home. I wish I could highlight every single person, but I am trying to keep this short, so I'll highlight Juan who was the lead installer in our home. On a few occasions I could hear him motivating the crew, he sometimes allowed me to see the progress they were making, and I could just tell that he was just putting 110% effort into the installation.

The TLDNR here is Mor Air is a company that cares about quality, and I am confident that anyone who works/interacts with them will see that come through immediately.

Our ac filter needed a replacement due to clogging. The crew swiftly took care of it. We're experiencing improved air quality now.

Our centralized ac system unit was vibrating excessively due to an unbalanced fan. The technician repositioned the blades, and it's steady and noise-free now.

Their technicians were highly qualified and very responsible. They install a new air conditioner in my house and everything was done correctly. The customer service was top-notch, too - they always answered any questions I had promptly and professionally.

Our split-type air conditioner needed to be blowing air efficiently. The repair team rectified the motor problem promptly, and the airflow significantly improved.

We were facing an issue with inconsistent air flow from our HVAC system. The repairman fixed the duct leaks expertly, and the air distribution is perfect now.
