Wonderful experience. John was very helpful and friendly. I was afraid to call an unfamiliar company, but John had worked at a family member's house and was recommended to me. He was respectful, prompt, and honest, just what I look for in a service provider. I will recommend Trinity to anyone looking for a good heating and cooling repair company.

I had John Tawney come to my home on behalf of my home warranty. John inspected my furnace and attic and found major ducting issues. He said the entire attic needed to be re-ducted. He also said the attic was very tight. He came to my home on a Friday and told me and my family he would have office time on Monday and thats when he would get the paperwork started. Monday came and we heard nothing, then Friday came and we still heard nothing. While waiting that entire week I followed up with our warranty, and our warranty followed up with Trinity and still we heard nothing back. I took it upon myself to call Trinity directly and even after speaking with them there was no update on my service status. The only answer the home warranty and I could get from them were multiple false promises on a call back. After waiting over a week, my heater stopped working altogether so I called Trinity back to inform them our house was freezing and we needed something done. I even reminded them on how I had a freezing 1 year old at home and still I heard nothing back from them. John himself seen I had a little one at home, still my case wasn't of importance to him. My home warranty ended up transferring my case to another company after waiting 2 weeks for them. The worst part of all is that he never even returned any phone calls and chose to ignore my case because he seen it as hard work. Trinity Heating and Cooling, you should know that with your line of work, there are going to be easy jobs, and some harder than others, its not fair to pick and choose which jobs are convenient for you.

This company is immoral.

I would think twice about investing any service call money on a company with no integrity.

John came out and within 15 minutes had diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his truck. Problem fixed, in the middle of a heat wave!! We will be replacing our entire unit soon and Trinity will be doing the work.

I have had John over to my house twice - once because my A/C went out and once to help with a Nest install. He’s a really kind person who knows what he’s doing - he’ll be honest with you. You won’t regret hiring him.

Trinity Heating & Cooling is the greatest. They were able to fix our A/C unit in minutes. They didn't try to sell us a new system just because they were out for the money. John said that if he can fix it, there is no reason for a new one.

Thanks to John the a/c service took place even though I had forgotten about the appointment. Along with being punctual, John's work appeared to be very thorough and accurate. My air conditioner is in good hands.

I asked for a coil cleaning and to check my freon levels. All that was done in less the 20 mins. Air still feels the same, no change. He put up some kind of gadget to my vents. Which didn't work or he didn't know how to work it. Or more than likely was in a rush. I paid $250 for my unit to be hosed down?? Never again!!!!

John send out his crew to help us during the crazy heat wave. One of our AC units at the restaurant went down and without it we couldn't keep our dining room open, luckily the repair was fast, easy and on time.

The tuneup I received was seamless to me. The only thing i did was change the filters. I'm sure the unit will work great come summer time.
