I learned about Perfection Home Systems from a neighbor. i have been very pleased. They maintained my old system for a couple of years, and when the time came, installed a new system.

When I called PHS inquiring about my options for cooling issues in my single-story ranch home, they really took the time to explain exactly how the technology works and the options that were available to me. I was particularly interested in a whole house fan system to try and keep the AC costs down in the summertime. Again, they were able to offer me all the options that were relative to the square footage of my home. I had obtained quotes elsewhere (but did not receive anywhere near as much useful information), PHS were very competitive and can also complete the job in a short time frame. Could not be happier with the excellent customer service I received from PHS.

Perfection was great! They came out on the hottest days fo the year so far and worked diligently to replace our system and did a great job! Courteous and professional we highly recommend them.

Just about panicked when water started dripping from my air intake on the hottest day of the summer. Called Perfection Home Systems and they told me some of the potential causes, scheduled a visit the next day and let me know some ways I could mitigate things from getting worse (water damage, possible electronic damage, etc). John came out today and quickly assessed and corrected two issues and now my A/C is merrily humming along keeping me almost chilly on this 103 degree day! I got some great maintenance suggestions too. Could not be happier.

In July my whole house fan motor quit working. I contacted Triangle Engineering who made the whole house fan and got the information on cost.
Contacting Perfection, Jennifer said they would get the motor locally and said diagnosis would cost $99.
When the workers arrived they said it would be $820 unless I wanted to do it myself. I needed it fixed, so I paid the workers.
When I asked Jennifer if she could provide a breakdown of parts and what their hourly labor rate was, she said in an email,
"We do everything by a flat rate system so I can’t break it down by what was parts and what was labor. Typically it’s about half and half though."
With a part costing $238 including shipping, I would have thought a total cost would have been closer to about half of what I paid.
I guess it's their policy to take the customer for all they can.
Buyer beware.

I needed a whole new HVAC system. They did an amazing job for a reasonable price, going above and beyond to make sure everything was done well and I was happy. I highly recommend them!!

Perfection Home Systems has done our work for years. The problems we previously had with furnace and air conditioning companies ended when we found Perfection.

Excellent service. From the estimate to the install they were professional and knowledgeable. They were even able to troubleshoot lil issues that may have been left over from the install but it was no problem for this team!!!.. definitely will call them again.

When I needed them to come out quickly for a check they were so responsive. They also came out another time and helped me understand a complicated three unit system and how it worked together so it wouldn't fight itself. Respectful, courteous, prompt, and friendly!
