We had a short the electrical components in a very old furnace during a power surge. Sal not only replaced the furnace and thermostate, he also spent a long time going over our heating and cooling needs more generally. He gave us the information we needed to make the most economical choices and was consistently kind and thoughtful. He even pointed out other problems he noted around the house that would benefit from some attention! We are considering more work in the future, and will definitely use Sal and RC Mechanical again.

Poor customer service and non-responsive. Burned a bunch of my time looking at the job, and committed to provide a repair proposal. Two months later, no proposal. Follow-up to request the proposal, no response. Don’t waste your time with these guys—lots of other better alternatives out there.

Sal is fantastic. Responsive, highly knowledgable, and offers fair pricing. Saved us a $6K furnace replacement with a $350 repair.
