M C Heating and Cooling

I’ve had mark to fix a gas leak, he performed the work & the leak is reoccurring again. It under warranty however he’s unavailable, we’ve been without heat for over 48 hours. I’ve had another company & enbridge run checks & its the issue he resolved. He is refusing to even check, because he lives in Scarborough. I will have to get the work done from another company & will be taking him to small claims court for this. Absolutely unprofessional, DO NOT RECOMMEND.

My wife Liliana & I are so happy with the level of service provided by MC Heating & Cooling. We contacted the company for an estimate and had an appointment right away with Miguel, he was extremely knowledgeable and gave me the answers that others were not able to provide me and did so with certainty. What I appreciated the most was that he was honest with me throughout the whole process and did not try to upsell me like others I had contacted. He explained everything with patience and detail as this is my first home and I had several questions. The installation was a few days later and was done same day without incident. His crew were very professional and went over everything they did and things to lookout for in the future. I could tell they truly had pride in the work that they do. I waited a few weeks to post to ensure everything functions well (which it does). We are extremely grateful and would use MC Heating & Cooling again in the future and would recommend them without hesitation to our family & friends. Thank you so much for the quality of service you provided us on our new home we are extremely appreciative!!

Best HVAC Contractor I have ever had the the pleasure of working on any home repairs. More than fair and willing to work with me and did not fail to finish the job in the time he stated. Went out of his way to ensure me my AC could be fixed and he could do it. Kudos to him we all need more professionals like Micah. Thank you

I worked with Carlos to replace a furnace and the overall experience was excellent. He provided a clear understanding of options, and I never felt he was trying to up-sell. Delivery and installation by his team was perfect, they arrived slightly early (nice!) and completed the work on time. I’d use them again.
