Degree HVAC

Degree saved the day for my gas furnace that was not igniting. Gave me a same day appointment. Their tecnician checked out the whole system, diagnosed the problem as a defective gas valve, and had a replacement valve with him that he installed. I highly recommend Degree, and will call them again if the need arises.

We had the Degree HVAC technician service our furnace. He was prompt, professional and provided excellent customer service. We will use Degree HVAC in the future.

My furnace had some problems and I called Degree HVAC to repair it. The tech arrived in a timely fashion and found the problem and repaired it. He also checked to make sure all the functions on the furnace worked. He even wore Shoe covers in my house. I highly recommend Degree HVAC for your furnace repair needs.

This is our second time using Degree. Our AC died on a Sunday morning. I called and left a message. They called me back Monday morning, scheduled the repair for a three hour window, arrived one hour into the window, and had the problem fixed in an hour with a part that they had on the truck. I will definitely use them again.

A/C not working. Tech came out next day. On time, very professional, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. He had part needed to be replaced in his car....huge timesaver (equals money saved). They are not the cheapest around NOR the most expensive. I am totally OK with what they charged. I highly recommend this service.

Interactions with this business by phone and email was courteous and professional. I particularly respect their response to the following: When I got the bill I was surprised by the higher than expected charges -- the rate info I received was out-dated and did not make explicit that travel time for the technician would be included -- they acknowledged the error in not providing the correct rate info was theirs, and provided appropriate partial refund.

Degree HVAC technicians are competent and professional. We are especially pleased with Santiago who is very knowledgeable and efficient. We maintain a regular maintenance schedule with Degree and they are very responsive to emergency situations.
