Service Champions Plumbing, Heating & AC

First, everyone we spoke to/dealt with was very friendly, polite, and helpful. From the office staff while making appointment, to the technicians that came to our house. If there was a separate rating for this - it would be 5 star.
So we received an offer for a summer A/C tune-up special in the mail. We are usually leery of this type of advertising, so we did some research online, and the company had pretty high ratings, been around for awhile, etc…
We were already considering getting our system checked out, so we decided to call and make an appointment. Reason for 3 star rating: after technicians left, our system that had never had a problem since installing everything new, inside and out - kept blowing warm air, making the house warmer and warmer (in the summer we leave thermostat on 79). When it started going over 82, we turned it off to avoid possible damage, and called the office. They had the technicians return, and they did resolve the issue. They however did not explain why, or what caused this, and in their notes on the statement, said that it was working properly, and that they had educated the owners on how to properly use thermostat. WHAT? I’m sorry, but we’ve worked our thermostat just fine for the past however many years, and this was not the case. We are now left feeling like we made a mistake - our A/C system that we’ve never had a problem or issue with, just had its first issue after they came to tune it up. Also, the “special” was a great price. However, there is a sales pitch when paying to join their club, that requires a monthly (for at least a year) payment. It was unexpected, and a reminder that if it sounds too good to be true, well, you know the rest……

I believe annual checkups on my furnace and air conditioner are important. Preventive medicine, so to speak. The pandemic and my husbands illness prevented me from having anyone come in for the last two years so I was overdue.
I received a promotional letter in the mail from Service Champions and thought I would try out their company as I was kind of starting over.
I was VERY pleased with how thorough, professional and genuine the young man, Austin was and I would welcome both he and the company he represents back year after year.

The technician Justin arrived on time, was very friendly, and performed a complete inspection of our Heating system.
Once he was done Justin informed us about the present condition of our system and things to be aware of for the future.
Overall it was a very good experience!

I have used Service Champions a few times this year. A great company, Customer service (scheduling appointments are fast and easy), technicians are always on time or calls if they can arrive sooner. I am a Champs Reward Member so for a small monthly fee I receive priority service and discount on rates. Ask for Aubrey West for air conditioning issues and Bobby Knott for plumbing issues - both great technicians.

I had a problem with a previous inspection. Brian followed up with me, listened to my concerns, and not only offered to make it right, but DID make it right! He sent Melvin to my home to fix the problems that were not addressed on the previous inspection appropriately. It was 100% appreciated and definitely the way EXCELLENT customer service should be given everytime. Thank you Service Champions for turning something awful into much better!

The experience was excellent. Juan was very cordial and professional. He did the job in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up after himself. I appreciated his respect to our health by wearing his mask and using protective shoe covers to protect our flooring. He explained everything and gave us options.
