Had to replace transformer and solenoid for AC unit. Diagnose the problem quickly and had all the parts on hand. Very professional service and you can tell the work they did was very detailed and clean. This company is a little higher price but you get what you pay for, I am happy with the service.

Madison came the next day and without doubt is the best technician I have ever had the pleasure of working with. He listened and understood the problem with our AC, and had an idea of what the problem could be quickly. Provided me with a straight answer to every question, which I really appreciate. He is very knowledgeable and took the time to answer my many questions, and show me how the system worked and where the faulty part was. We were provided different options and budgets with zero pressure. He also looked over our furnace and provided feedback on our system and his valid concerns with the age of the system. I would highly recommend Madison and Cool Air Solutions.

Mateo and Juan at Cool Air Solutions saved our summer! After receiving consultations from two other companies, choosing Cool Air Solutions was a no brainer. Mateo’s consultation was very personable, professional and informative. He answered all of my questions and explained the HVAC system in layman’s terms because I don’t know jack about HVAC lol. He was very honest and transparent with what we NEEDED done so that we didn’t pay for unnecessary labor and parts which could’ve cost us another couple grand. He even made it so that the pricing was competitive and beat the other two companies. Not to mention the timeline, they came out to install the NEXT DAY. If you are like me and need to fully TRUST someone before you pay them tens of thousands to fix an appliance that you can’t see and know nothing about, then you need to call Cool Air Solutions and Mateo.

The technician was on time. Presented very professionally and provided all the details meticulously. Explained the problem, made me understand & was ready to help with special promotions /financials etc. I signed up for comfort club. Worth it !!

Our service was provided by Shane. He arrived on time and showed respect for our new home. He explained what he was going to be doing and asked if we had any questions or concerns. He patiently listened to us and was able to explain things to us throughly in a way that we could understand. Very knowledgeable. Highly recommend.
