From the initial request for a proposal, to the completion of the project. Cool Air Solutions has been fantastic to work with. Every person in their company that I have met with from Luis who initially checked the system, to their sales professional, to Nate and the installers who were onsite...were absolutely amazing! Very professional all around, extremely hard working, attention to every detail. They were courteous and worked so very hard to ensure that their work was top notch. Everything was explained in detail and at the end of the project, I received a binder with all the information, warranty paperwork, project manager, sales info...all of it captured so professional. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I called for a quote to replace my HVAC system, for a second opinion and to compare quality and pricing. Mateo came out the next day, and was exceptional in his expertise in the knowledge of his product, and went through several options to fit my budget. He explained the differences of quality and price compared to the competition. Travis was very professional and thorough. He performed a very detailed inspection of my HVAC and provided a very detailed report with photographs. By far the most comprehensive A/C inspection I have ever received.

Madison & Jimmy came out to evaluate our HVAC issue. They quickly determined the source of our A/C problems. We previously had another company come out three times and they only determined part of the problem. They were very knowledgeable.
