I called Cool Air as a back up to another company that couldn't come until the end of the week. They were able to accommodate me same day. I am SO hot in my own house...and I just can't. So Brent showed up right in time and was super pleasant and knowledgeable. He tried to figure a quick fix for me, but alas.....this house is The Money Pit, and I am Shelley Long. Needless to say, after purchasing the house 3 months ago, moving in 5 weeks ago....we are buying a new A/C. Par for the course, previous owners maintained absolutely nothing. Up side, Cool Air and Brent have been great! AND they offer a military discount. Thank goodness. Next call, Nationwide for 💰 😔😭🤦🏼‍♂️. 🤞🏻🤞🤞🏽 unit is reasonably priced.....I'll let you know.

Tech that was sent had no clue of the system he was working on . He said he had never seen a system like mine. Made a futile attempt to repair heater. Gave me an outrageous quote for repair. Could not tell me if that would fix my heater. This business needs to have techs that knowledgeable about the equipment they are working on.

Jorge came out to do an inspection and was by far the most thorough, polite, and knowledgeable person I have ever had the pleasure of working with. My problem ended up with me needing to replace my AC unit but he gave me several options to fix it instead and the pricing was really good but I decided to do a full replacement. I am now going to use them to replace my entire HVAC system. Credit goes to Jorge, he was awesome.

The guy was amazing. Came in respectful to care the job nicely. Very professional attitude. Also very nice so far. My system works amazingly. Thank you guys for everything, I will definitely keep calling you guys.

Kendall did an extremely thorough job of checking and servicing my system. He even cleaned the intake (much appreciated!) and showed/explained the photos he took. I really appreciated the thoroughness and cleanliness. The area was left pretty clean too - thank you!

Jorge C. is always super professional and friendly for our maintenance visits. He's very respectful and courteous in our home. Clear communication. Thorough work. Answers questions kindly. Shows you parts, so you can see why/what needs to be done. I always feel confident we're doing everything we can to ensure a long life for our HVAC system knowing Cool Air people like Jorge are providing consistently fantastic service.

Jorge was very professional and explained everything thoroughly in layman's terms that was easy to understand . We are completely satisfied with his outstanding service and did a great job. Brent came out to service the air handler in the attic , and he was very professional also he explained things thoroughly. Great job Brent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ five stars for sure.

Jimmy was great, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of the first time. Took pictures of everything he saw on the roof, explained it to me and was very patient throughout the special circumstances. My neighbor is also having issues so I'll be placing a call for him, hopefully he gets Jimmy also!

The ladies on the phone were great as well and very helpful and prompt. I will definitely recommend you guys to everyone I know.

My experience with Cool Air Solutions was top notch, from start to finish! From my initial call to have my system looked at, to installation of my new HVAC system, and even a follow up due to a minor technical issue with the system, which was corrected in les than 24 hours!

My initial appointment with Madison was impressive and professional. He was very easy to talk to and he wasn't trying to pressure me at all. In fact, he was more leaning towards just having my old system repaired and a tune up, which would have been much less money. It was me who decided to just get a brand new HVAC installed instead.

My installation date was only two business days after initial appointment; again, very impressive. Patrick and his team were extremely friendly and courteous during the installation process. They were very thorough and cleaned up their work area before leaving.

Then, there was a minor technical malfunction with the condenser that caused my system to shut off just 30 minutes after Patrick and his team left for the evening. I contacted Madison and he immediately got back to me and had a technician come out the following morning. Brent came by right on time and like all others, he was extremely professional and friendly. He even stayed a little longer to ensure the system was working correctly before he left. He resolved the technical issue in no time.

I cannot be more satisfied with my experience with Cool Air Solutions and everyone I had the pleasure of interacting with. I give Cool Air Solutions 5 stars without a doubt! I strongly recommend their service; an absolutely great experience and with the best customer service I have experienced in quite some time!

Mateo Keri came by and made the entire experience worth calling Cool Air Solutions first. Mateo was extremely professional, patient, and extremely knowledgeable. I bombarded Mateo with so many questions for garage Mini-Split installation options and was able to get them all answered transparently based on professional and personal experiences. The quality of the entire interaction was educational and made it extremely easy for me to make a decision with the available options. If you're in the market for a transparent quote and solution for air conditioning, then I wouldn't hesitate to call for an appointment.
