In short Bill and his team are skilled in their art, know what they are doing and i wholeheartedly recommend using their services for either plumbing or AC work given our recent experience with both.
We had some major work to do in our 1930 house: changing the rusting cast- iron sewer pipes and an aging furnace and asbestos lined vents. Bill came recommended through word of mouth. The bid was in line (in fact lower) with competition.
Bill and his team did excellent work, and the major work went seamlessly. We are not easy customers and had a ton of questions for Bill who patiently addressed them all either returning our calls or via email.They even noticed work that had not been done up to code by prior plumbers and helped us fix it
Dont hesitate, talk to Bill and you will realize right away that he loves what he does and knows a ton. Why not hire an expert?
PS: This is a genuine review and i have no interest in Bill's business whatsoever. I am just glad to recognize an entrepreneur who is doing the right thing serving his customers well. I dont want any headaches dealing with pipes and AC and i will hire Bill again in the future without hesitation

I love these guys. They are always responsive and I trust their work. We call on them for problems -- install a new water heater or help us figure out why our sinks backs up. And they always give us the right answer. I have never comparison shopped as to cost because in my view when you find someone who does it right cost is really not an issue.

Shepherd's has become the family plumber. They replaced our main water valve, which included repairing the concrete surrounding the valve, and they installed our newest water heater. I've recommended them to a number of people, and am happy to do so now. Bob & Joan Johanson

Shepherd's came out very promptly regarding a leak from the AC. They contacted our tenants, scheduled a time to come out and fix the problems, and took care of it completely. Their prices are very reasonable, service is prompt, and extremely professional.

They came on time and worked until they figured out what the problem was. Even though they didn't have the part they got the faucet in working order so it could be used while we waited for the part that was needed.
We have used them a few times for repairs and always have been pleased with the work they have done.

I called them for a broken garbage disposal. The guy came out, replace the broken garbage disposal, and I asked if he can take a look at my faucet in the kitchen because it wobbled a lot. He fixed it in a couple of minutes. I then asked him if he could look at a slow drain, and he ended cleaning a bag worth of hair out of the drain :(. He is very professional, very friendly and finished all the jobs (even the ones he wasn't called in for) within 2 hours. I was super happy about it because he goes above and beyond what he was called in to do, and he was more than willing to help. I highly recommend Shepherd's.
