Shepherd's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning

We love Shepherd's Plumbing Heating and Air Conditioning. We call them every time we have a problem with our water or air. They do great work, are very professional, clean, and friendly. We've never had a complaint. We recommend them without reservation!

We have used Shepherd's for 6 years. They were prompt, efficient, and good people to deal with. We were especially grateful for their replacing our old furnace which failed in cold weather during the winter holidays. They stayed until the job was finished, about 9pm.

I never had the opportunity to receive service from this company, due to the person who took my phone call dismissed me in a shocking fashion. She put me on hold without telling me she was doing so, when I called her back she said we were out of their Jurisdiction. Extremely snippy and rude! Luckily, I found Oro Pro, and am really glad...excellent service.

This is the second time we've used Shepherd's Plumbing. Our technician was timely, professional and followed all the required safety protocols. Once he discovered the issue, he communicated and properly serviced our air condition unit to correct the deficiency. I have high marks for this company.

We are renovating a family home to prepare it for sale. The home was occupied by smokers for many years, so putting a coat of paint on the walls was just not going to work. Dave came out and assessed the situation and confidently recommended the appropriate course of action. Scott and Joel did an oustanding and meticulously detailed job of multiple cleanings with smoke-cleaning detergents, odor neutraluzers and finally a sealer to get rid of the smoke residue and odor.
They were punctual, hardworking, communicative, friendly and cheerful and they took great pride in their work. I highly recommend Shepherd's Disaster Recovery for not just this type of project but for other unfortunate events that most companies would not know how to address properly or would not take the time and the effort to do the job right.
