Verification of payment to conclude purchase. Installers programmed my Echobee, as well! All-in-all a great experience. I had tried 2 other HVAC companies only to have them either BS me on install pre-requisites and pricing to not providing an estimated price after numerous requests to do so. In a time when ALL contractors are crazy busy, Monteros showed a high level of commitment and follow-through. A great customer satisfaction experience. I highly recommend Monteros' for all of your HVAC needs. Otherwise, you may be waiting a long time for any attention from the other guys...

    These guys are great! They did everything in their power to get the issue fixed and were very responsive in the process. I've had this issue with my AC for the longest time and another vendor had no clue what was wrong with it. These guys came in and identified the issue quickly and came up with solutions to address it!

    I highly recommend Monteros Heating & Air. My furnace started making a loud knocking noise at startup, and Claudio was able to come out to visit my house on the same business day as my initial call. He helped me to debug what was going on with my furnace, and he figured out that my newly installed thermostat was configured to control the fan instead of leaving that to the HVAC unit. The fix was simply changing this setting.

    He also explained why this setting was causing the noise, and I now have a better understanding how my furnace works. He also refused to accept any payment for this consultation, despite having taken the time to drive to my house at the end of his workday. Thank you Claudio and Monteros Heating and Air for helping me resolve this issue very quickly!

    My furnace was not working and my grandpa had used sears all his life so I called sears to come out and repair it. It cost $60 for him to just come out. When the sears guy got to my house he looked at the furnace (which is old) for about 10mins and told me it would be hard to fix it, but that he would have to make a call. He went to his car and made the call, only to come back to tell me it was "too old" to fix. The part that needed to be replaced was not available anymore. Not knowing anything about furnaces I just agreed. I was told I needed a new furnace and the sears guy came over to quote me on a new one. I wanted a second opinion so I called Monteros, and asked if he could come by and quote me on a new furnace as well. Appointment set he came over and I explained my problem, he was there to quote me but he spent time attempting to fix it instead of trying to get me to buy a new one. Within 1 hour he had it working again, and suggested that the part that was not working 100% could be replaced if he could find it. I agreed and he made the call, finding the part. Waited for the part to arrive and he installed it. Now I can be sure that during these cold times my heater will work.

    Technician came out for regular maintenance call to ensure we were prepared for the summer. He was friendly and showed me common issues that may happen with the heater that I could fix my self and save a service call. He took the time to show and explain what was wrong before he fixed it.

    AC was not cooling...so a guy from another company came and quoted $1100 to get me back n running. . Unhappy with his suggestion, we called Montero's for a 2nd opinion immediately after the ripoff guy left. Though It's possible a more long term fix may be necesssary.... they got the AC cooling again. !!! Yay ! Let me just say the cost was not even a fraction of a fraction of what the other guy quoted. I was not charged for the service call!!. WHAT? I know right?! Who does that? Was it my charm and personality?? Hah. I am so happy to see a smart and honest company investing in the long term future by providing great customer service. They have gained my loyalty. They are so nice and helpful I will not call any other company for my AC and Heating issues and I will certainly refer them to anyone I know that needs it.

    I had them install a new furnace and air conditioning unit over the summer. Great price and great service. I would highly recommend them to anyone. If I could give 10 stars I would. They completed the job when they said they would and they were very clean. You wont be disappointed. Very pleased with their service and knowledge.

    This is a company I'm putting in my files for all future heating and AC issues. I know they ran into issues with our old condo, but they solved everything, finished on time, and were great to work with. And, we can't say enough about our new Mitsubishi mini-split.
